Augustine M.K. Choi, M.D., is Senior Vice President and Senior Advisor for Strategic Planning to the President & CEO at NewYork-Presbyterian. In this role, Dr. Choi helps promote strategic planning of NYP's academic missions at NYP Brooklyn and NYP Queens, in collaboration with clinical service chiefs at those hospitals and clinical chairs at NYP/Weill Cornell. Dr. Choi served as Dean of Weill Cornell Medicine and Provost for Medical Affairs of Cornell University from 2017 to 2022. Dr. Choi is an internationally renowned physician-scientist in the field of lung disease, whose research is focused on understanding how chronic and acute lung diseases develop in response to molecular, cellular and genetic triggers. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and a medical degree from the University of Louisville. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Duke University, and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Choi is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine.

Brian Donley, M.D., is Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of NewYork-Presbyterian. In this role, he is responsible for directing the strategy and operations of NewYork-Presbyterian, developing the healthcare system's patient-centered culture and strategic vision along with achieving the operating targets across the enterprise. Dr. Donley, an orthopedic surgeon, has extensive expertise in clinical medicine and integrated healthcare delivery system operations. He is an experienced leader, guiding teams through uncertain and complex situations with a strong focus on empathy, culture, quality, and innovation. Prior to joining NYP in 2023, he served for over 25 years in numerous leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic. As CEO of Cleveland Clinic London from 2018-2022, he led a team in pushing through historic challenges posed by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Together they developed and opened Cleveland Clinic's first hospital in Europe, a state-of-the art, 184-bed inpatient and ambulatory facility. Previously Dr. Donley served as Cleveland Clinic's Chief of Clinical Enterprise, leading the team of 45,000 people responsible for all clinical operations throughout North America. Before that, he was President of Cleveland Clinic's Regional Hospitals and Family Health Centers. He also served as Vice Chair of its Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. Dr. Donley attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Michigan. Mary Cassai, RN, is Senior Vice President for Perioperative Services. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for perioperative services at NYP, including operating rooms, post anesthesia care units, central sterile processing, and specialized adult and pediatric suites for Endoscopy and Cystoscopy. She develops and direct processes through the continuum of care, supporting outcomes specific to perioperative services patient flow, clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction and efficiency, as well as for strategic and capital equipment planning and technology assessment for perioperative services. Ms. Cassai joined NYP/Weill Cornell in 2009.
