Brian Dye was born and raised in Garland, Texas. Before joining I-CON in 2017, he gained a diverse background in retail sales and management, real estate development, manufacturing, and as a wholesale account executive. He currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys camping, competing in triathlons, and spending time with his family.

David Kinkead was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He attended Delaware Valley University and earned his bachelor's in Business Management. Before joining I-CON, he was involved in sales and sales management for the facility services and supplies industry, including one of the largest wholesale plumbing suppliers in the country. In 2022, David brought his sales expertise to I-CON and now serves our northeast region. He enjoys adding value to his customers by solving problems and building lasting relationships. He currently lives in Hatfield, Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters. He and his family enjoy camping, attending live music and sporting events, and riding bikes together.

Donald Johnson was born and raised in western Washington. After high school he married and served in his local church while going to school and starting his career path. Prior to joining the I-CON team he worked in a number of fields, including retail sales management, AR credit and operations management, regional fastener sales, and heavy equipment parts sales. Donald uses his various skills to deliver the best customer service and sales experience to his customers. He currently lives in southeast Idaho with his wife and four children. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Kenon Williams was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. After high school he studied finance at Prairie State College. He seized an opportunity to move to Texas for work, with the bonus of being near family. Before joining I-CON, Kenon spent 20 plus years cultivating lasting relationships and connecting with clients in account management, revenue management, and business development. Kenon lives in Houston, Texas. He enjoys taking long rides on his motorcycles, traveling to different destinations, attending comedy shows and concerts, and spending time with his family.

Kerry Gaines was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. He attended the University of Kansas where he graduated with a bachelor's in Strategic Communication. Before joining I-CON, he worked in media, advertising, and the medical industry. In 2018, he joined I-CON as an Account Executive. He has always taken pride in his ability to solve problems through critical thinking and customer partnership. These are skills he learned young in life while he spent his summers restoring and refinishing antiques and other furniture with his grandfather. Currently, he lives in Kansas City near his family. In his free time, he enjoys a wide variety of pastimes: playing tennis, attending live sporting and music events, jogging, discovering new places to eat with friends and his girlfriend, and spending time with his family.

Kyle Tonione was born in Tampa, Florida and raised in Plant City, Florida. After high school, he studied public relations at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Before joining I-CON, he was an account executive in the sports and media industry in North Carolina, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. In 2016, he brought his account executive experience to I-CON and now serves our southeast region. He prides himself in building and maintaining relationships with customers as he helps them achieve their water management and maintenance cost reduction goals. He loves the southeast and enjoys hunting and fishing with his family in his free time.

Nick Bruns, a native of the northwest suburbs of Chicago, was born and raised in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Before embarking on his journey with I-CON, Nick served as an account executive in the manufacturing, electrical, and automation distribution industry. His professional background equipped him with valuable insights and expertise. In 2023, Nick joined I-CON, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Nick takes pride as a reliable and trusted professional with both his customers and peers. Nick lives in St. Pete-Clearwater, Florida. He enjoys engaging in hands-on projects and spending time with family and friends.

Roberto Battistel was born in Venezuela and moved to Florida with his family in 2007. He attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a double major in Economics and Finance and a minor in International Business. He interned with Juniper Networks in Spain and worked with the Business Enablement and Scalability Team on multi-million dollar projects. He began his career at I-CON in 2013 while still at UCF. Here, he led the creation of the international sales operation and became an Account Executive after graduation. Today, he travels extensively around the globe, managing a distribution network that covers more than 20 countries. He is a professional member of the International Corrections and Prisons Association where he serves as a member of the Expert Group in Technology in Corrections. Roberto, who has visited all the inhabited continents, loves learning about and interacting with different cultures. He understands several languages and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. In his spare time, he loves to play soccer with the Central Florida Soccer League and practice his marksmanship with the United States Practical Shooting Association, where he has won several national championships in his division.

Mr. Popaditch is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive executive leadership experience. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing Management from the University of Central Florida. In 1993 he co-founded Serv Corp, Inc, a National Marketing and Distribution firm, later acquired by Private Equity in 2005. He led Merger & Acquisition growing the new firm to $170mm. After exiting, he obtained his MBA, Series 79 license, and NACVA education, He then joined a boutique Investment Banking firm, 79 Capital, assisting companies with mergers and acquisitions, and process consulting for manufacturing, finance, staffing, and distribution firms. During that time frame he acquired IQ-Reports, a Premium Audit and Risk Control firm, where he restructured finance and operations doubling sales, then sold to York Insurance Services in 2013. Scott was recruited as CEO of ICC Capital in 2014, managing 3 Billion of assets under management, where he was responsible for restructuring and coordinating the successful sale and integration of ICC to Highland Capital Management in 2015. He most recently was CEO of Spar Group, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company operating in 10 Countries, after resigning he brought expertise to I-CON, first in a consulting position and now as CAO and Executive Vice President.

Shawn Bush has always had a mind for engineering and innovation. He earned engineering degrees in both robotics and mechanical engineering in 1990 before moving from his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Central Florida in 1991. In Florida, he co-founded I-CON Systems, Inc. in 1994, which has grown to be the leader in electronic plumbing control systems in the correctional industry. Since then, he has used his experience in designing and manufacturing electronic control systems for the correctional and commercial industry to author over 80 US and foreign patents (both issued and pending). He has also been published both nationally and internationally in numerous trade and business publications. Since graduating college in 1990, he has attended the Executive Education programs at both the London Business School and the Harvard Business School. He also holds multiple State Plumbing Contractor's licenses. Additionally, he is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Plumbing Engineers, and UCF Grow Florida CEO Roundtable. He is a board member for the Young Presidents Organization and a gubernatorial appointed board member for the Prison Rehabilitative Industries and Diversified Enterprises, Inc (PRIDE).
