Independent Claims Service, Inc. (ICS) is an independent insurance adjusting firm, handling property and liability claims. Our corporate headquarters are located in Westborough, Massachusetts. Our in-house staff of licensed professionals perform a variety of insurance adjustments, investigations and appraisals for the property and casualty insurers throughout New England, New York, New Jersey and Southern Florida.
