Licensed Strata Manager Class 1 Bronwyn started in the property industry in 2002, specifically in the Real Estate sector, and worked for a number of Real Estates over the next 8 years. In 2010 Bronwyn joined Illawarra Strata Management and has had a passion and hunger for the strata industry ever since. Bronwyn is proud of her many achievements over the years. She has successfully been with ISM for over 12 years, obtained her Class 1 Strata Licence and obtained a Diploma in Leadership & Management. Bronwyn's passion is her work and helping people in general. She love the ocean, sailing and bush walking.
Licensed Strata Manager Class 2 Carol is a Strata Manager, having completed her Strata Management qualification in early 2023. Carol has already started her position under our Mentorship Program and is managing her own portfolio which includes approximately 500 residential and commercial lots. We are excited that Carol has taken the step to frontline management, having successfully looked after many of our clients behind the scenes for some time. As one of our key objectives is mentorship, Carol will continue to be supported by our General Manager, Tracey and our Senior Strata Managers.
Licenced Strata Manager Class 2 Dale holds a Class 2 Licence in Strata & Community Management and has over 10 years' experience in the strata industry and an extensive background working in law firms and local government. Dale looks after a number of our larger schemes and is our nominated compliance expert and our relief manager. She is also first back up to our management team. Dale is a fantastic role model to our trainees and always gives her best to our clients and our team. Dale resides in the Illawarra and is a wonderful mother of three adult children and one beautiful grandson. Dale is always willing to listen and help wherever she can.
Licensed Strata Manager Class 2 Lillie started with our team at the age of 17 as a Trainee and within 18 months, had completed her Certificate IV in Strata and Community Management. Throughout her traineeship, Lillie developed excellent communication and management skills and after successfully obtaining a Class 2 License, she now heads up her own small portfolio of wonderful clients. When Lillie isn't at work she enjoys socialising with her family and friends as well as baking and creating delicious sweets.
Licenced Strata Manager Class 2 Sharon holds a Class 2 Licence in Strata & Community Management and has over 18 years' experience in the strata industry. Sharon specialises in new developments and manages a portfolio of approximately 800 residential, commercial and mixed use strata lots. Sharon proudly manages some of the Illawarra's largest and most iconic buildings and this year is branching out to cover Building Management Committees (BMC's). Sharon is a wealth of knowledge and is well versed in everything "strata".

Director and Licensee in Charge Class 1 Tracey started Illawarra Strata Management in 2002 and 20+ years later, continues to have a real passion for the strata industry. Tracey holds a Class 1 Licence and is the Licensee in Charge. She is also a Justice of the Peace. Starting 2022, Tracey served on the Professional Strata Management Committee for Strata Community Association (NSW) and continues this role into 2023. She is honoured to have the opportunity to be a voice for the regional areas and smaller businesses and represent those interests. Tracey has a genuine interest in improving the industry standards particularly in the Illawarra & Shoalhaven areas and is an avid supporter of building the profile of strata management as a more popular career choice to all generations. As a company director and mentor to her team, Tracey believes ongoing education is a key element to enhancing professionalism and service levels to Owners Corporations. Helping others is a core value and an intrinsic part of her lifestyle. Tracey is a mother to three children and resides in the Illawarra. Some of her favourite things to do outside of work include seeing live music, getting out in nature and spending time with people in her circle.

Registered Strata Manager Wandah joined our team early 2024, however has over 12 years' experience in the property industry both as a Strata Manager and a Building Manager, servicing residential, retail industrial, commercial, mixed use, Community and Neighbourhood Schemes as well as BMC's. Wandah has been working with us via Building Management Entities for many years and has already developed excellent relationships with our clients. Wandah has a strong background in Business Management, Accounting, Insurance, Case Management and Trade Services. Her core values are respect and kindness. Wandah resides in the Illawarra and has three children, one grandson and two fur grandbabies. Wandah enjoys motor racing, football, DIY Home improvement, cooking and baking.
