Through previous acquisitions, we understand what it takes to successfully integrate new talent, assets and infrastructure into our company. Leaders from both McLarens and IAC are working closely on the integration process to ensure a smooth transition. As we move forward, our # 1 goal is to create the greatest value for our clients and employees... IAC will be integrated into the McLarens brand and also operate to serve the needs of our Norcross cliental. IAC's leadership team consisting of Michael Nardulli and John Kiernan will be working closely with George Wasielke and Paul Kottler through the transition process. Mike Nardulli and John Kiernan will continue to lead the Patchogue, NY office, as well as oversee IAC employees hired by McLarens.
