Arta Ahmetaj

Arta Ahmetaj is the Incubator Department Assistant at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). Her role in ICK is to manage and maintain the administrative operations of the ICK Business Incubator. Arta arranges admission committee meetings and represents ICK at times. She also assists at project proposal writing. Arta has a bachelor degree at Business and Marketing Management from the Staffordshire University in United Kingdom.

Blerim Rexha

Dr. techn. Blerim Rexha is head of computer engineering department and associate professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Prishtina. He was awarded his Ph.D. in Computer Technology from Vienna University of Technology in 2004. Blerim graduated with distinction in Electrical Engineering from University of Prishtina in 1994. Blerim worked many years for Program and System Engineering division at Siemens AG, during his 11 year stay in Vienna, Austria. Blerim is owner of a patent published in USA and in Germany for the "Method for transmitting protected information to a plurality of recipients". His fields of interest are: data security and privacy in Internet, smart cards, biometric documents, electronic voting and e-Services in general. He has published more than 50 scientific papers and is frequently invited in many international conferences. Blerim practices karate since 1983 and he is a black belt holder. He won several times Kosovo Karate Championship, currently is member of Kosovo Karate Federation. He enjoys reading books from contemporary authors. He lives with his wife and three children in Prishtina.

Emira Bakalli

Emira Bakalli is the Administrative and Financial Assistant at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). Provide general assistance related to budgeting, financial reporting, financing options, and general accounting. She also assists in human resources management and personnel administration. Prior to joining ICK, she worked for the College of International Management "Globus" as an Administrator.

Erris Veliu

Erris Veliu is the Multimedia Designer at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). Develope graphic designs, produce concept, ideas and drafts, gather information, data and materials that suite ICK's purpose. He also plans concept by studying information and materials, Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art, regarding arrangement, size type, styl and other related concepts.

Guxim Thaçi

Guxim Thaci is the IT Officer at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). His role at ICK is to maintain the computer systems of a company and providing stability for the IT related equipment; therefore, keeping day-to-day operations going for the staff that rely on functionality of technology. Guxim has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He is also certified for networking from Cisco as a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Shpend Lila

Shpend Lila is sales & marketing executive, experienced communications / M&E specialist, Kosovo United States Alumni on "US Business Environment" and TV Journalist, who is currently serving as the Training & Events manager, at Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). Prior to his work at ICK, Shpend has served as Communications, Performance & Research officer at the USAID Young Entrepreneurs Program for three years. He is also a certified British Parliamentary debater / judge and American University of Kosovo graduate on public speaking. He also serves as a Member of Kosovar Youth Council, one of the most active local - youth NGO in Kosovo.

Uranik Begu

Uranik Begu is a highly experienced management and marketing executive, who currently is serving as an Executive Director at Innovation Center Kosovo (ICK). Prior to his work at ICK, Uranik has served as Head of Marketing and part of a management at Post Telecom Kosovo for four years.

Venesa Krasniqi

Venesa Krasniqi is the Training and Events assistant at the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK). Her role in ICK is to assists the implementation of the training programs within the Training Department, and not only, she assist in implementation for all activities, events, conferences, product launches, social events, communication with speakers and participants, event promotion and event evaluation she also assists and maintain the communication with community, internal and external partners. Venesa, has studied for International Realotionship (Political Science) at "Iliria" University College.

Vjollca Çavolli - Chairman

Vjollca Çavolli is the Executive Director of the Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology. Her main responsibilities are to promote STIKK vision and works in achieving the organization's mission statement; Acts on behalf of STIKK and represents the organization; Ensures organization's non-profit principles are maintained, acts in an unbiased manner and in the interest of all STIKK members; Liaises and coordinates between the Board of Directors, members and external partners; Drafts organization's strategic documents, action plans and project proposals; Performs overall oversight and management responsibilities in regard to all STIKK activities including human resources, financial, and operational. Previously, Ms. Çavolli worked for Community Development Fund, a local Foundation, where she managed more than 180 infrastructure, social service and capacity building projects. During her nine years of experience with CDF, besides daily duties and responsibilities, Çavolli has attended and successfully completed trainings in business English, has acquired the European Business Competence License and has attended the School for European Integration in Pristina. Earlier, Ms. Çavolli worked for the International Committee of Red Cross as a protection officer, for the World Food Programme as a food monitor, for Medicine Sans Frontier as a field officer, as well as for the Public Trade Company "Gërmia" as an intern supervisor. Ms.Çavolli has graduated from the Economic Faculty in the University of Prishtina in 1986.
