Mr. Anupam Verma is a member of ICICI Bank Canada's Board of directors and is a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Committee and Conduct Review Committee. Mr. Verma is part of the leadership team of ICICI Bank Limited with around 25 years of experience with the ICICI Group. During this period, he has led businesses across diverse customer segments and geographies, including as Chief Executive of Singapore Branch & Regional Head for South East Asia and Chief Executive for International Banking Unit Gift City. In his current role as Head - International Financial Institution Group and Head - Syndications, Mr. Verma is responsible for ICICI Group relationships with Financial Institutions in over 60 countries. He is also responsible for wholesale fund raising for all international offices of ICICI Group. In addition, he is also responsible for anchoring synergistic implementation of various initiatives, systems and processes across international geographies where the ICICI Group has its operations, as well as for domestic and international debt syndication. He also oversees representative offices in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. In his role as Chief Executive of Singapore Branch & Regional Head for South East Asia (SEA), Mr. Verma led the Bank's strategy in South East Asia to play a significant role in capturing investment, Non-Resident Indian remittance, and trade flows between SEA and India in the client segments of Corporates (Global & Indian MNCs), Institutions (Sovereign wealth funds, Foreign Portfolio Investors & Private Equity Funds) and High Net worth NRIs. As Chief Executive of International Banking Unit (IBU) GIFT City he was instrumental in providing a platform for global businesses and NRIs to participate in the fast-growing Indian economy. Mr. Verma played a pivotal role in launching a domestic branch in Gift City (the first private sector bank) to fulfil the rupee needs of businesses and individuals in Gift City. Mr. Verma also worked closely with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), the regulator, to conceptualize new business ideas in Gift City. During his tenure, Mr. Verma established a Memorandum of Understanding with GIFT Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to promote Gift City to Indian and global businesses. Mr. Verma is currently on the Board of ICICI Bank UK, ICICI Bank Canada, SWIFT India and Receivable Exchange India Limited (RXIL). Mr. Verma has an engineering degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and also has a post graduate degree in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur which is one of the premier management education institutes in India.

He also served for 5 years as a director on the board of Tamil Nadu Urban Infrastructure Financial Services, a public-private partnership established to manage trust and other public funds in the State of Tamil Nadu and to oversee key public infrastructure projects.

Mr. Michael McAdoo

Michael McAdoo is a member of ICICI Bank Canada's Board of Directors and serves on the Audit, Risk and Conduct Review Committees of the Board. For more than 25 years, he has worked at the nexus of corporate strategy, public policy and international geopolitics and trade. He is Partner and Director, Global Trade & Investment, at Boston Consulting Group, where he serves corporate and public-sector clients across geographies and sectors. Mr. McAdoo has advised both the Union Government and State Governments in India on matters of Trade and Investment. He was also the lead Expert of the advisory team for the Chair of the 2023 India B20 Trade & Investment Task force. Earlier in his career he was a senior executive with Bombardier Inc., where as head of International, he led a team of 35 professionals in 5 countries. Michael began his career as a staffer in the Parliament of Canada, where he rose to become Executive Assistant to the Prime Minister. In this role, he participated in trade and diplomatic missions to 22 countries. Michael received his undergraduate education at Queen's University and Harvard, holds Master's degrees in International Affairs and Journalism from Columbia University, and completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute at the University of Bern. He is a certified Masters Professional Director - Public Company, by the ACCD. Michael is also a Course Lecturer in the Faculty of Management and School of Public Policy at McGill University, leading courses on Emerging Markets, and International Stakeholder Engagement.

Prior to that, he enjoyed a 29-year career at Deloitte LLP, retiring as a Senior Assurance and Advisory Partner in 2016. His experience ranges from public and private company reporting to regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and enterprise risk management. During that period, Mr. Mathur also taught part-time at York University, building on his previous experience as an Assistant Professor at the University of New Brunswick and Acadia University. Mr. Mathur currently serves on the Governing Council, Business Board, and Audit Committee of the University of Toronto. He is also currently the Chief Mentor and Senior Advisor at the Toronto Business Development Centre, a start-up incubator which nurtures the growth and development of new and emerging businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.
