Golden Mobile is one of main distributors of Mobilecom (GSM provider in Jordan),Nokia authorized dealer and one of the main importers of GSM handsets and their accessories. It's business scope has expanded so the management required a professional assistance in providing solid and stable conversion from small scale business to a cooperate establishment; thus I was recruited - on a project based basis -to assist in organizing it's business flow. My main duties were: 1) managing appointments, meetings and PR for the General Manager, 2) setting up maintenance mobile handsets center, 3) accounting department, 4) collection department, 5) store and showroom work flow, and 6) computerize the work... I was involved in medical insurance claims analysis, contract setup, & data entry. I participated in designing medical insurance procedures for the company from the moment the patient goes to a medical center until he is reimbursed for his medical expenses... Responsible for the computer..
