Benjamin Osaigbovo

Benjamin has over 33 years oil and gas industry experience. Prior to joining IFDC in 2018, he spent a total of 31 years working for Shell Exploration and Production Companies in Nigeria, the Netherlands and the United States where he held various technical and leadership positions in Wellsite Operations, Reservoir Engineering and Front-End Project Management. His area of expertise include Drilling/ Completion/Workover Operations, Reservoir Surveillance and Management, Integrated Reservoir Modeling, Asset Development/ Portfolio Management, Deepwater Exploration/Appraisal/Development studies and Front End Project Management. He has a passion for teaching and mentoring young technical professionals and leaders and is the charter president of Sea Shell Toastmasters club 03796969 of Toastmasters International, Lagos Nigeria.

Boniface Igboalisi

Bonny has 18+ years of experience in the petroleum industry. His expertise is in reserves and resources estimation, numerical simulation, integrated field studies, technical due diligence and data science & analytics. He has extensive experience in both conventional (onshore and deepwater) and unconventional (shale gas, tight oil and heavy oil) resource plays. His geographical experience includes Nigeria (Niger Delta) and USA (Bakersfield, Louisiana, Texas and deepwater Gulf of Mexico). He is a member of SPE, Houston chapter.

Ir Niyi Beecroft - Chairman

Niyi is a seasoned Chemical Engineer with over 35 years' experience. His experience spans both academia and industry in Nigeria and in the Netherlands. Niyi taught Process Engineering, Process Modelling, Simulation and Control for 17years at the Chemical Engineering Department of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Izu Ariwodo

Izu has 28+ years of oil and gas experience. Worked on several technical and management positions for Shell oil corporation and Saudi Aramco on oil and gas projects in Africa, North & South America and the Middle East. His expertise includes petrophysical well planning, evaluation and delivery for both conventional (onshore & offshore) and unconventional plays, clastics, carbonates and diatomites, core data planning, acquisition and evaluation, saturation height modelling, reservoir surveillance tools for effective WRFM, AVO, EOR candidate screening, quantitative seismic interpretation and integration with petrophysics, borehole image processing & interpretation, and Integrated field development planning. He is a member of SPE, Houston chapter.

Kesiena Doghor

Mona Kalu

Mona has 21+ years of experience in the petroleum industry. Her experience covers Exploration and Development Geoscience with expertise in basin modeling, prospect maturation, reservoir characterization, 3D modeling, reserves and resources estimation, integrated field development and execution, well and reservoir management. She has extensive experience in both onshore and Deepwater resource plays. Her geographical experience includes Nigeria (Niger Delta), Malaysia (North Malay Basin, Sabah Inboard and deep waters) Equatorial Guinea (Ceiba and Okume Complex) and Ghana (Cape three points) She is a member of AAPG and SPE, Houston chapter.

Olubusola Ogunbanwo

Engr. Ogunbanwo has about 29 years of industry experience. He is a seasoned Reservoir Engineer with outstanding accomplishments in Field development. In his career, he had served as Head Asset Development for Seplat Petroleum Development Company in Nigeria from December 2010, after 20 years with Shell International E&P where he held the positions of Principal Reservoir Engineer and Production Forecasting Lead for the Africa region from 2008. His career in Shell includes assignments in Nigeria, Netherlands, Oman, and the United States of America as Senior Reservoir Engineer and Project Manager from 1990 to 2008. Before joining Shell, he worked with the Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1987 as Mechanical Engineer and rose to the position of Technical Purchasing Manager in 1990.

He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE), and Nigerian Gas Association (NGA). He is also a Technical Reviewer for the SPE Reservoir Engineering Journal and Elsevier Journal of Petroleum Science.
