With more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience, Bert Fowles joined the IGY Marinas team in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing & Sales. Fowles is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans leading to revenue growth for numerous international marinas, as well as providing direction and support to IGY's third-party clients in respect to marketing and sales.
Prior to joining IGY Marinas, Fowles served as operations manager for Prime Sports Ltd., one of the Caribbean's leading casino gaming companies. He has also held several key marketing management positions in the hospitality and resort industry, including a number of years with SuperClubs Resorts where he serviced brands such as Hedonism, Grand Lido and Breezes.
Fowles serves on several boards, including the United States Superyacht Association and Marine Industries Association of South Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida, where he majored in Business Administration.

Darren Carey is the Director of Marina Operations Mexico for IGY. In this role he oversees the operations of Marina Cabo San Lucas and its associated businesses.
Prior to joining IGY worked as a Marina Manager within Europe's largest marina operating company. His maritime experience was further enhanced by time spent instructing for the Royal National Lifeboat Institute. He also held the position of coxswain on one of the institutes fleet of all-weather rescue craft, and over the course of 12 years was involved in numerous incidents where the rapid intervention of the institutes craft were directly responsible for saving lives.
Careys early career was spent within the military, where as a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst he held a Commission within the British Army. Focusing on Amphibious Operations he qualified and specialized in Joint Operational Level Planning. He also successfully commanded his own squadron on operations in Iraq and has served in multiple capacities across various other operational theatres.

Eric Simonton joined IGY Marinas in 2006 as Development Manager, before being promoted to his current position as Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Asset Development. Simonton oversees all development, facility, leasing, acquisition and disposition-related matters for the company, and serves in an advisory role to IGY Marinas' third-party clients.
Prior to joining IGY Marinas, Simonton served as Project Manager with The Related Group, managing several hundred million dollars of luxury condominium development in South Florida. Simonton began his career as an officer in the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps, where he managed construction projects on military installations in San Diego, CA, and also served with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, stationed in Gulfport, MS. Simonton holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University (cum laude) and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Evan Wien is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Island Global Yachting. In this role, Wien is responsible for various business and corporate development initiatives including acquisitions, strategy and new business lines.
Prior to joining IGY, Wien was an Associate at Resource America, a portfolio company of Island Capital Group, which manages $9 billion of gross real estate related and alternative assets. He focused on private debt investments in companies across a variety of industries, where he led financial, business and industry diligence. Wien began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS and later JPMorgan in New York.
Wien earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia with a concentration in Finance.

Jennifer Doelling serves as IGY's EVP of Finance. Her role encompasses all facets of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company.
Prior to joining IGY, Doelling was Senior Vice-President at The South Financial Group, where she was a Director in the Financial Planning and Analysis department. Her roles in earlier years centered around real estate finance and accounting. She held positions at Insignia Financial Group, one of the world's largest real estate services companies, in its Partnership Accounting and SEC Reporting departments. At Apartment Investment Management Company, a publicly-traded real estate investment trust, Doelling was a Director of Service Company Accounting. She began her career in the public accounting arena as an auditor with Scott and Company, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Doelling received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (cum laude) and a Masters of Professional Accountancy, with an emphasis in Taxation, from Clemson University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Carolina and a member of the AICPA.

Jordan A.E. Franklin is General Counsel & Executive Vice President of IGY Marinas, where he serves as IGY's top legal officer and advisor. He is also Head of Human Resources.
Prior to joining IGY, Mr. Franklin was formerly with the international law firm, Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Over his professional career, he has been involved in dozens of transactions involving joint ventures, property acquisitions, real estate development, intellectual property and debt and equity offerings, and has extensive experience in resolving a large variety of complex commercial disputes. Mr. Franklin also has executive, operating and legal experience leading a multibillion-dollar real estate development firm, an early-stage technology startup and post M&A integration for a publicly traded multinational.
Mr. Franklin holds a B.S., cum laude, from Bucknell University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he received an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award magna cum laude.

Kenny Jones MBE is the Managing Director Global Facility Operations supported by IGY's Regional Directors and General Managers he's responsible for all operational matters within the IGY's portfolio. A seasoned professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, Kenny previously served as operations director for one of the largest Marina operators in Europe. During this tenure, he was responsible for every facet of the group's operational portfolio and performance, having 23 general managers and 6 directors reporting directly to his office.
Kenny also served 22 years in the British Army as senior marine operations officer for a network of more than 300 specialist servicemen in maritime operations worldwide. During his service in the British army, he was awarded the Member of the British Empire Medal (MBE), as well as other accolades by HRH the Queen of England.

Benjamin ("Luke") Brown serves as IGY's Vice President - Corporate Controller. His role encompasses all facets of the Finance and Accounting functions for the company's US and Caribbean operations and oversees consolidation of the company's foreign operations for external reporting. Luke joined IGY as an Assistant Controller in January 2011 and was promoted to Corporate Controller in January 2014.
Prior to joining IGY, Luke was an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Spartanburg, SC where he provided assurance services primarily to private companies. His roles in earlier years consisted of assurance centered roles both in public accounting and private industry with customer focuses on private companies and financial institutions.
Luke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Delaware and South Carolina and a member of the AICPA and SCACPA.
Marina Santa Marta continued their determination to assist the Fundehumac Foundation by donating school kits. These kits with help children complete their daily tasks. For 4 years Marina Santa Marta has worked to make school life easier for these children in need. For information regarding donations please contact us.
Rodney Bay Marina, Greening the Caribbean, volunteers, captains, crew, owners and a youth group worked to clean up a 5 kilometer stretch of Rodney Bay Beach. Greening the Caribbean is working to keep recyclables out of the landfill one island at at time. Thank you to everyone that came out to assist.

As President of IGY Marinas, Steve English oversees all strategic initiatives and operations, placing a heavy focus on expanding the company's global portfolio of owned and operated marinas, and developing key relationships and commercial partnerships.
Steve has been affiliated with IGY since 2007, having initially joined the firm's Dubai-based team where he oversaw acquisitions and joint ventures in the Middle East and Europe. He was previously a Managing Director at Island Capital Group (IGY's parent company prior to MarineMax's acquisition of IGY in 2022), where he served in senior asset management, principal investment and special situations roles and led teams that closed in excess of $10 billion of total transactions. He commenced his career in management consulting.
Steve completed his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in three years at The American University, graduating with a double major in Political Science and International Relations. He received a Master of Business Administration jointly from HEC School of Management Paris, New York University, and the London School of Economics & Political Science.
