Joe has successfully provided engineering services to public and private clients throughout Texas for over 30 years.
Justice Edge, PE is a Partner at IES. He is a structural engineer who has been with the firm for 21 years and has extensive experience in structural design, cost estimating, building evaluation reports, feasibility studies, specification writing, construction management, and project observation.
Justice is a Professional Engineer licensed in the States of Texas, California, and Oklahoma. He is also a Qualified Inspector for the Texas Department of Insurance and an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of Texas, the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and the Professional Engineers in Private Practice. Justice earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico in 1994.
