The objectives of the Idaho-Eastern Oregon Seed Association shall be the development of friendly business relations among its members, the promotion of the legitimate interests of the seed trade within the region, and cooperation with the American Seed Trade Association and Educational and Regulatory authorities and other interested agencies in the development of a sound and effective seed program in the interest of agriculture.
