Our research involves multiple interdisciplinary projects in the area of Computational Systems Biology. We use methods of nonlinear dynamics, biophysics, data science and bioinformatics to understand the behavior of biochemical networks and principles of multicellular self-organization. We closely collaborate with experimental researchers to verify our models and theories.
