The founder and Chief Engineer of "That Is 2 Be Engineering Services" is David S. Crampton. Mr. Crampton brings the spirit and practice of modern Industrial Engineering to the challenges of the computerized small business community. He recently completed a career of more than 28 years in Manufacturing Operations at Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto. From the Institute of Industrial Engineers he earned the "Certificate of System Integration". His education includes the M.S. Industrial Engineering, Stanford University, 1981, and a B.S.E.E., Case Institute of Technology, 1967.
