Harrison Dean - VP of Sales

Harrison Dean is iGPS' Head of Sales, an executive with 25 years of experience in business development, relationship growth and executive sales leadership. Prior to joining iGPS, he was Head of Sales for Primo Water Corp., Chief Client Officer of Rug Doctor, and Vice President of Retail Solutions at Inmar. In all roles, Harrison worked with existing sales and leadership teams to drive best in class customer management and accelerated growth aligned with the organizations' objectives.

JEFF PEPPERWORTH - CEO, President

Jeff Pepperworth is responsible for iGPS' overall operations, stewardship of the company's brand, and strategy development for the company's continued growth and profitability. He brings more than 20 years of senior executive experience at successful global companies, serving in diverse roles that span supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, product innovation, and patient, consumer, and business services. Prior to joining iGPS, he held senior positions at: CSafe Global, where he served as CEO; Inmar, Inc, where he served as President; Cleveland Clinic where he modernized delivery, procurement, and material handling systems; and UPS where he was SVP of Global Logistics.

JONATHAN PARKS

Jonathan Parks is responsible for iGPS' supply chain and customer service operations, ensuring our team serves our customers with excellence. He has over 15 years of experience in all facets of supply chain operations, having led supply chain design, implementation, and optimization for companies of all sizes during growth, mergers, acquisitions and turnaround phases. Prior to joining iGPS, he operated his own supply chain consultancy; led Rent-A-Center's supply chain as VP of Global Logistics & Distribution; optimized The Container Store's operations in various roles; and was an engineer in UPS' hub operations.

JONATHAN VICTOR

Mr. Victor serves as a Managing Director of Balmoral and a member of its Investment Committee. Mr. Victor co-founded Balmoral in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Victor served as a senior advisor to Chanin Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm focused on restructurings. From 1999 to 2001, he served as President and CEO of eBility Inc., an internet company dedicated to people with disabilities. From 1993 to 1996, he was a Senior Vice President of Finance with The Irvine Company, a large scale real estate development company in Orange County. From 1986 - 1990, Mr. Victor was a Vice President of Kaufman & Broad Inc., a predecessor company to SunAmerica. Mr. Victor serves on the board of Bennington Marine, Dispatch Transportation, Concurrent Holdings, iGPS Holdings, Enesco Holdings, AgileX, Silver Aero and Mooyah. Among other civic and charitable affiliations, Mr. Victor serves on the Board of Directors of the Wallis Annenberg Cultural Center in Beverly Hills; the Wende Museum and the Cotsen Foundation for the Art of Teaching, and the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Michael D. Lundin - Chairman

Michael D. Lundin was an Operating Executive with Resilience Capital Partners for ten years joining in 2008. He was responsible for advising on the strategic planning, business development/growth and corporate governance of portfolio companies, including analyzing and closing investment opportunities and add-on acquisitions. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of US Concrete, Tidewater Transportation and Terminals and iGPS Logistics. He also serves as the Lead Independent Director of Constellis. He has served on 12 corporate boards, 10 Resilience portfolio company boards and multiple non-profit boards. Michael was President and Chief Executive Officer of Oglebay Norton Company from 2002 to 2008, and a Director from 2001 to 2008. In addition to several business start-ups, he has been involved in more than a dozen corporate refinancing's/bond offerings, a dozen business restructurings/turnarounds and in excess of 50 M&A transactions. Mr. Lundin received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and his MBA from Loyola Marymount University. He is a past member of Young Presidents and World Presidents Organization.

MILTON FELICIANO

Milton Feliciano is a technology veteran who loves learning and leading technical talent. He has experience in multiple industries including: petroleum, retail/Wholesale, restaurant, and call centers; however, over his 29-year career, technology and logistics have been at the core of his efforts. He has worked in varied environments including Fortune 500 companies / large multinationals (Burger King, Clark Refining and Marketing, and CHEP). His achievements include implementation of large-scale customer systems including ERP integration and enterprise level support, multiple successful 1000+ facility implementations, CRM and warehouse systems implementation - all in pursuit of strategic company goals. Before joining iGPS Logistics' team, he held the position of Vice-President of Operations at a large regional wholesaler of irrigation supplies.

Richard Metzler

As a senior leader with over twenty five years of general management and growth leadership, Richard Metzler has extensive experience and knowledge in Parcel, various modes of freight transportation, third party logistics and e-Commerce logistics. He has launched major initiatives in e-commerce delivery, white glove delivery and other value-added product innovations on a global basis. Mr. Metzler also M&A experience on a US and global basis and worked extensively with private equity, debt financing and venture capital as a senior leader in portfolio companies and advising on individual investments and divestitures. Since 2018 he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lone Star Overnight where he led the company from negative cash flow to significant profitability and growth by rebuilding and refocusing the company on e-commerce deliveries for both Business-to-Business and Business-to-consumer e-commerce merchants. Mr. Metzler has also served in senior executive roles to include XPO, Greatwide Logistics, APL Logistics, DHL and FedEx and has had P&L responsibility for businesses as large as $800 million in annual revenue. He is currently on the boards of iGPS Logistics and Flash Global Logistics and has been a past board member of XGS, NAL Group, Scan Data Systems, APL Logistics, FedEx Logistics Europe and Vascor Ltd.

ROB FERRENTINO - CFO

Rob Ferrentino is responsible for iGPS' financial and accounting operations. A seasoned finance and operations executive, he brings more than 28 years' experience, and a track record of partnering with key business leaders to drive business performance and implement strategic accountability measures. Prior to joining iGPS, Rob held senior leadership positions that included CFO at Q1, LLC and President at American Road Group (ARG), where he led business practices that included the sales, operations, and financial functions. Rob has also held numerous senior roles in the logistics and manufacturing industries.

ROBIN NOURMAND

Mr. Nourmand serves as a Managing Director at Balmoral and a member of its Investment Committee. Starting in 2006, Mr. Nourmand became the second investment professional at Balmoral. In this capacity he has sourced deals, performed and managed all aspects of due diligence, crafted deal structures and proposals, raised debt financing for targets and portfolio companies, negotiated legal documents and executed transactions. He has also since supported the finance and business-development departments of the fund's portfolio companies. Aside from serving on iGPS Logistics board, Mr. Nourmand has served on the board of Bennington Marine, Dispatch Transportation, Enesco/Things Remembered, KP Aviation, Vesta Modular and LifePort. Prior to Balmoral, Mr. Nourmand was with the Chicago-based law firm of Sidley Austin LLP, two Los Angeles-based hedge funds, including Canyon Partners, and the economic consulting firm Analysis Group, Inc. Among other civic and charitable affiliations, Mr. Nourmand serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish National Fund (LA-Zone) and UCLA Hillel. He is also on the Board of Trustees of UCLA Hillel.

SHAWN SQUIRES

Shawn Squires is responsible for iGPS' manufacturing, R&D, quality control and creating products that meet and exceed customer expectations. He has over 17 years of injection molding experience. Before joining iGPS, Shawn served as Senior Plant Manager, Quickie Manufacturing for Newell Brands, where he was responsible for leading the entire operations team, including P&L reporting, streamlining processes and team building. Prior to his manufacturing career, Shawn served five years in the United States Air Force supporting Operation Southern Watch.

YANITZA VEGA

Yanitza joins iGPS with over 25 years of experience in human resources. She leads the HR team at iGPS and is responsible for benefits, payroll, recruitment, training & development, and the overall employee experience. She has experience in multiple industries including academia, logistics and manufacturing, retail, and most recently, cyber security. Yanitza has worked for companies like Sears, Paychex, and her alma mater the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining iGPS, she was the Human Resources Manager at Team Cymru, a local cyber security company. She has served in the capacity of Sr. HR Business Partner and has held other leadership roles where she has been successful in implementing world-class HR practices.
