S.A.F.E (Sanitation Acceptable For Everyone) was established in 2004 by Connie Biggs, RD, LDN. My goal is to provide high quality Illinois State and ServSafe food sanitation courses with convenient, flexible, well taught food safety courses as well as consultation to the food service industry. S.A.F.E. classes will not only satisfy Illinois State and ServSafe requirements, but will also benefit your business by enhancing food safety knowledge and skills. Information learned in S.A.F.E. classes is easily implemented in professional settings and at home as well. I stand behind S.A.F.E... S.A.F.E. provides high quality food safety and sanitation consultation in the Peoria Tri-County Area. I offer unique training courses satisfying the State of Illinois and ServSafe requirements while educating you and/or your food service employees.
