Bryan Hassel is in charge of all financial activity for iMethods, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll and accounts payable/receivable. He also plays an active role in negotiating and drafting sales and operational contracts. Bryan is a team player who delights in seeing his peers achieve success both inside and outside of work. Initially joining iMethods as a professional recruiter, Bryan was successful in placing candidates in jobs that fit them technically and culturally. Prior to iMethods, he spent a couple of years as an analyst in the banking industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Samford University where he played wide receiver on the football team. What Bryan appreciates most about working at iMethods is the company's willingness to actively engage with its employees on how to move the business forward and then giving them the platform to turn those ideas in to a reality. Bryan Hassel and his wife are both Jacksonville natives and have three sons and a daughter. They are active in their efforts in supporting a local church plant. He enjoys traveling domestically and internationally and spending time with his family on Kingsley Lake near Jacksonville.

Her experience in HR is well rounded, but her passion lies in employee relations. Most recently, Chad has enjoyed his time as Board Chairman for Jacksonville's City Rescue Mission, mentoring students at Malavai Washington's Youth Foundation, and is the incoming Board Chairman for The Ability Experience based out of Charlotte, NC, which helps give new opportunities for those with disabilities. Chad Perce graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and obtained a Masters degree from the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO)/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program. Chad and his wife, Crista are actively involved in their church and learning what it's like to be empty nesters together as their daughter is now in college. In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman (Hunting/Fishing) and enjoys tennis and cycling to try and stay fit!

Clint Drawdy

Clint Drawdy is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, market engagement and leading the culture/values for the organization. He is dedicated to creating meaningful work for iMethods employees, enabling them to succeed both at work and in their personal lives. A recognized leader in the recruiting industry since 1995, Clint has helped to grow people and profits in a series of progressively responsible leadership positions in the healthcare, banking, automotive, engineering, and IT industries. Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Florida State University and was also a graduate from the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO)/MIT Entrepreneurial Master's Program. Clint Drawdy and his wife Jennifer are active in their church and homeschool their four children. The whole family shares a love of travel, camping and many other outdoor activities available in beautiful Northeast Florida. They have been blessed to have travelled to all 48 contiguous United States together. Clint also loves music, history and culture. He is active in his community and currently serves on the Baptist Medical Center South Board of Directors as the Chairman. He has also been an active member of the Rotary Club of Deerwood for many years. One of his proudest achievements has been serving as a youth sports coach for both recreational leagues and with high schoolers as an assistant football coach.

After graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management, Dean Medley quickly fell in love with recruiting, hiring, and the staffing industry working for several companies in Jacksonville, Orlando, and Mobile, AL. In early 2004, he reconnected with his fraternity brother from UNF Chad Perce, Founding Partner of Medical Methods and iMethods. Dean joined the organization as the first employee in the summer of 2004. Dean is a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where he leverages team members' strengths. With over 20 years of overall business management experience in the staffing industry, Dean specializes in recruiting, career coaching, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, personality assessments, and much more. Dean is a Board Member for the Hire Purpose Foundation and the University of North Florida Alumni Association. He has established himself as a presence and influencer in his community. Before jumping on board with iMethods, Hamp spent five years in Birmingham, Alabama pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance as well as a Master's in Business Administration. He was also a member of the Samford baseball team, where he developed deep gratitude for being part of a competitive team that works well together. He believes the iMethods team has that same foundation. Outside of iMethods, Hamp can often be found on a golf course or a lake. Hamp loves spending time outdoors and with his family.
