Brian Larkin - CEO, President

Brian Larkin is president and chief executive officer of Comar and is responsible for the business's overall strategic, financial, and tactical leadership. His career spans more than three decades of commercial and executive leadership roles in public and private equity-backed companies focused on the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Comar in 2022, Brian held several key executive positions, including president and chief executive officer of SP Industries, vice president and general manager of Becton Dickinson's U.S. Diabetes Care business, senior vice president and general manager for LifeCell Corporation, and corporate vice president of Integra Lifesciences. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dynatronics Corporation. Brian obtained his BS in Chemistry from the University of Richmond and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Sonia Hardikar

Sonia Hardikar is Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Comar. Sonia's 30-plus years of experience spans a wide array of industries such as precision manufacturing, process instrumentation, management consulting, biopharmaceutical, and medical devices across three continents (US, Europe, and Asia). Sonia has held leadership roles in key functional areas of Operations, Supply Chain, Business Strategy, M&A, and Business Intelligence & Analytics, all in a global environment. Sonia has led business transformation to improve customer delight and drive both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. Prior to joining Comar, Sonia held several key executive and consulting roles with major corporations, such as Integra Life Sciences, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Emcure Pharmaceutical, IBM Consulting, and CSC Consulting. Sonia holds an MBA, MS in Computer Science, and BS in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Pune, in India. Sonia is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).

Tom Nelson - CFO

Tom Nelson is the chief financial officer of Comar. With over 30 years of experience in various financial leadership roles in public and private manufacturing companies, he has successfully built high-performance finance teams, driven operational efficiency and working-capital improvements, and developed key talent to make businesses succeed. Most recently, Tom held executive positions in significant packaging companies, including chief financial officer at Cosmetic Essence. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant, holds an MBA from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lehigh University.

Uday Hardikar

Uday Hardikar is executive vice president, operations, engineering, and innovation at Comar. An accomplished operations executive with 30 years of experience across the biopharmaceutical, medical devices, process instrumentation, and precision manufacturing industries, Uday has held leadership roles in key functional areas of multiple businesses. These areas have included manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, operational excellence, and customer-facing field sales, all in a global environment. Prior to joining Comar in 2019, Uday held several key executive roles, including corporate vice president of engineering and technology management at B. Braun Medical, director of operational excellence and strategic initiatives at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and director of global engineering services at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Uday has successfully managed and delivered upwards of $2 billion in capital projects, the construction of over 1.5 million square feet of manufacturing space, and $46 million in cost savings, organizational transformations, and turnaround to align manufacturing sites with regulatory compliance. Uday holds a Master of Science in Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Pune. Uday is an ASCM CSCP-certified operations management professional and a PMP-certified project management professional.
