During the real estate market crash of 2008, she held the position as director of dispositions for a private investor, focusing on the disposition of over 3,000 foreclosed and distressed properties held throughout the most economically affected areas in the United States. Aida made the step into financing at the Commercial and Private Capital level when she joined Innovative Capital Corporation in 2014. Justin Kizy has been a practicing corporate and real estate attorney since 2019.
