Brandy Clements joined the IMC team in November 2022 as the Accounting & Finance Manager. Brandy comes to IMC with over 20 years of experience in accounting. Her primary responsibilities include budgeting, general accounting, payroll, sponsor reporting and human resources.
Brandy has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lycoming College.
Dennis Gilbert joined the IMC team as President in October 2021.
Dennis was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and is a strong advocate for the manufacturers that provide a solid economic foundation for the region.
His professional experience includes being General Manager of a local manufacturing and retail operation, Managing Director of Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Penn College, and most recently as President/Owner of Appreciative Strategies, LLC. He has experience in manufacturing, leadership, non-profit management, and developing strategic marketing initiatives using social media platforms.
Dennis obtained his Master's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Workforce Education & Development, his Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Technology Management, and an Associate degree in Computer Science from Williamsport Area Community College.

Rick Terry joined the IMC team as a Business Advisor in February 2022. As an IMC Business Advisor, Rick works closely with the manufacturers of Central PA to provide objective, expert advice, and actionable solutions to drive economic success and profitable growth.
Rick has experience working with various industries in the areas of process improvement, strategic planning, energy management, and root cause analysis. His areas of expertise are on the business and operations side of industry with a heavy focus on building science, project management, LEAN, and Six Sigma. Rick has proven success in developing and facilitating training, research, and education for industry as well as consulting on energy related verification programs.
Rick obtained an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State University, a Lean-Six Sigma Graduate Certificate from Villanova University, a Secondary Education Social Studies Degree from Lock Haven University, and a BS in Management Science also from Lock Haven University. Rick also holds various certifications in the areas of Lean, Six Sigma, and Energy.

With over 32 years of experience at IMC, Lauri Moon is the most senior member of the IMC team.
Lauri enjoys connecting IMC clients with trustworthy resources they can use to elevate their business. Coordinating training, communicating the host of solutions IMC offers and meeting with clients are among her favorite aspects of the job.
Lauri uses her thorough understanding of IMC's history and processes to inform her daily activities. As Manager of Outreach & Special Projects, Lauri oversees client trainings, from two-hour breakfast briefings to multi-day certification programs, is responsible for center marketing, outreach and other activities that promote IMC's mission of promoting growth and innovation in Pennsylvania manufacturing. Lauri is Coordinator for the Williamsport/Lycoming Keystone Innovation Zone (WLKIZ), which is managed by IMC and Co-manager of the Central Susquehanna What's So Cool About Manufacturing? Video Contest.
Lauri serves as a Board Member for the YWCA of Northcentral PA; she serves on the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Lycoming Curriculum Committee and is active in several other local organizations.
In 2022, Lauri was recognized as one of Pennsylvania Business Central's Top Nonprofit Female Leaders (again in 2023!) as well as one of their Women Making a Difference!

Tim Davis joined the IMC team as a Business Advisor in October 2022. As an IMC Business Advisor, Tim will work closely with Central PA manufacturers to provide objective, expert advice and actionable solutions to drive economic success and profitable growth. More specifically, Tim will be concentrating his time supporting manufacturers in Bedford, Blair and Huntingdon counties.
Tim has over 35 years of management and operational experience in manufacturing businesses in Central and Southwestern PA. Various career roles include Operations Manager, Safety Manager, HR Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Rep, Service Manager, executive/business coach and trainer. His areas of expertise include employee development, strategic planning, people skills, effective communication, leadership, safety, time management, sales and customer service.
Tim has a B. S. in Occupational Health & Safety Management from Slippery Rock University. He is a graduate of the Avraham Y. Goldratt Institute's Jonah Marketing Program where he also completed certifications in Management Skills, Theory of Constraints and Drum/Buffer/Rope Implementation. Tim has also completed extensive management and leadership training through Penn State University.
