IMPART was founded in 1999 as a spin-off of the University of Osnabrück. The personality analyses EOS and TOP have been intensively researched since 1983 by Prof. Kuhl and his team. IMPART was founded to put personality analyses and the functional analytical approach and the development and change processes into practice and to test them there... IMPART offers training and professional development for trainers, counsellors, coaches and therapists. The aim of these formats is to initiate and support sustainable changes and developments on the basis of the PSI-Theory... The IMPART BIENNIAL has become a special highlight, offering networking and inspiration every two years by top-class lectures.
