Alan Whorton

Alan has spent his career solving complex healthcare problems to grow healthcare organizations by improving the quality of care, increasing operational efficiencies, or enhancing financial performance. He is responsible for the marketing, sales, and business development aspects of the company. Alan Whorton is a healthcare executive passionate about improving the quality of care and efficiency of healthcare delivery. He joined the company in 2020 with primary responsibility for the growth strategy, including business development, marketing, and sales. Alan leverages years of experience in growing small and large healthcare technology and service companies. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mercer University, and a Master of Hospital and Health Administration degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Curtis Eade - CFO

Curtis has over 30 years of professional experience in senior executive financial positions within the healthcare services sector. Curtis received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas, his MBA from Georgia State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Curtis Eade has served as the company's CFO since joining IN Compass Health in 2006. His professional experience includes serving in numerous senior financial and executive positions within the healthcare services industry, including founding and managing a healthcare software and systems company providing clinical point-of-care solutions. Curtis received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Fuller - CEO, President

Dan is the company's founder and brings over 28 years of experience specific to the hospital-based physician practice management industry. For the past 20 years, he has led the fast-growing hospital medicine industry and helped numerous hospitals and health systems improve their emergency and hospital medicine program performance. Dan Fuller is President & CEO of IN Compass Health and is actively involved in the leadership and day-to-day management of the company. Based on his business development and operational experience in the hospital-based physician practice management industry, Dan co-founded IN Compass Health in 2001 when the hospitalist specialty was just beginning, with the goal of becoming the premier provider of hospital medicine and emergency medicine services. With his experience in operations management for one of the first national hospitalist companies in the country, Dan has been actively involved in leading the industry by serving on the Editorial Board for Today's Hospitalist, a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) Practice Analysis Committee, and several industry advisory groups working on the future of the hospital medicine delivery model. He is considered one of the foremost experts on hospitalist physician compensation, recruitment, and retention. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Millikin University and served as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy.

Dr. Gavin Warner

Gavin is a practicing hospitalist, board-certified in Internal Medicine, and is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations and overall development of the Medical Directors in each of our hospitalist programs. He is very involved in implementing all new hospital partners, including physician orientation and onboarding. Dr. Gavin Warner is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the company's hospitalist and emergency medicine programs. Based on his clinical experience and mentorship abilities and passion, Gavin leads the company's medical leadership development program by identifying and training current and future hospital medicine leaders. Gavin is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and completed his internship and residency training at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE) and Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM).

Dr. Tom Smith

Tom is a practicing hospitalist, board-certified in Internal Medicine, and an Emory University School of Medicine graduate. He was one of the first hospitalist physicians hired by ICH in 2000. His keen clinical and operational insight helps the company stay focused on quality care, compliance, performance improvement, and provider engagement. Dr. Tom Smith joined IN Compass Health when the company was founded in 2000 as the Medical Director of the hospitalist program at the company's first hospital client in Alpharetta, GA. Over the years, he has increased his clinical and operational responsibilities; he currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer, responsible for directing all clinical guidance, compliance, quality management, and performance improvement efforts. Tom received his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Emory Healthcare in Atlanta. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, a member of the Society of Hospitalist Medicine (SHM), and a Senior Fellow in Hospitalist Medicine (SFHM).

Joel Bradley

Joel's background as a critical care nurse and over 18 years of acute care hospital experience make him uniquely qualified to provide operational oversight to our emergency medicine and hospitalist programs. Joel Bradley joined the IN Compass Health's leadership team in 2013. His years of experience in acute care management in healthcare IT and business development combined with his clinical experience as a critical care nurse allow him to bring a unique perspective and expertise to managing and improving the day-to-day operations of hospital inpatient medicine programs. Joel has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bob Jones University and an International Master of Business Administration from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England.

Tana Snyder

Tana's success in managing emergency medicine and hospital medicine programs is a testimony to her years of experience and nursing background. She oversees the development and management of numerous emergency and hospital medicine programs. Tana Snyder is an accomplished leader with an outstanding record of success in operational, clinical, financial, and healthcare strategies across multiple healthcare environments. Recognized as an influential leader who promotes organization, culture change, operational efficiencies, and customer solutions, she is one of the newer members of the leadership team who joined the company in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Olympia College in Washington.
