INCUBIX

Incubix is a Boulder Colorado based technology company made up almost entirely of engineers, programmers and computer scientists. It was formed as a private company to develop and commercialize technologies that were of interest to the team. With no outside investors and no expectation of a liquidity event Incubix has been rewarded for its efforts through an interest in spin offs and by licensing its technology developments to other technology companies. Incubix also partners with operating companies who can use their unique technology or their data extraction capabilities... Incubix was founded by Bruce Holland who was also a founder of NBI, Cadnetix and Spectralink, three successful start ups in Boulder. Holland was the CEO of the latter two companies and all three went public and reached market caps in excess of $500M in today's dollars. Spectralink was also the first spin off based on technology developed at Incubix.
