We provide pre-purchase, pre-listing, and home check-up residential inspections. Our specialty is older homes, but we have over 20 years of experience with homes of all ages... Excellence is Chris' goal. As a home inspector, being a Master CREIA Inspector and a Certified ASHI inspector, along with maintaining his independence as a one-inspector company, has allowed him to continue to achieve that goal. He has been a full-time Home Inspector since 2000, and in that time, he has been a Chapter President of CREIA (San Gabriel Valley), and is currently a Certified Drone Pilot and a Certified Tile Roof Specialist. He takes every inspection personally, as if he or a family member were purchasing the property. He believes that an inspection should never be rushed, and typically does no more than one per day, in order to allow the time necessary to uncover any and all issues.
