Yukon Bayou was derived from the love of Louisiana roots and Alaska living. The two states are from different ends of the country but are similar as for being a "Sportsman's Paradise." Great Seafood and Wild Game! From crawfish to salmon and alligator to bison, we wanted to combine these two food cultures and have the best of both worlds. We have based our menus on this thinking by using traditional dishes with a twist. Just a little "Yukon Bayou!"
