The Kansas City office provides an examination lab, conference room and evidence storage... Our satellite office in Lincoln, Nebraska offers secured evidence storage as well. Evidence is handled according to the ASTM Standard Practice for Receiving, Documenting, Storing, and Retrieving Evidence in a Forensic Science Laboratory. Examination labs have access to a stereo microscope with digital camera to document small details such as tool marks, fractures, and electrical arcing. X-ray imaging is readily available through a third party provider in Des Moines, Kansas City, and Oakdale, MN... IFIC investigates house fires, explosions, property damages, and accidents, and more, gathering evidence for clients to make insurance claims or court cases.
