Kyle Paulson

Mr. Paulson started with ILC in 2022 after working in the forensic engineering and independent adjusting sectors of the insurance industry for more than 17 years. The trust, integrity, and responsiveness Kyle has demonstrated throughout his career have enabled him to establish lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. His responsibilities at ILC include local and national business development, contract negotiations, website design, and recruiting and interviewing consulting candidates. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He has a combined 25 years of sales, management, and consulting experience and has worked in the insurance industry for more than 17 years.

Max Kiley - COO

Max earned his electrical engineering degree from Iowa State before joining ILC. With previous experience in the aerospace and packaging industries, he specialized in failure mode analysis, manufacturing machinery, electrical troubleshooting, process improvement, product design, and machine building. Currently, Max holds a dual role at ILC as the Chief Operating Officer and Electrical Engineer. In his capacity as COO, he collaborates closely with the entire ILC team to enhance operations and processes, aligning with ILC's growth and mission of delivering top-notch technical consulting. Additionally, as an Electrical Engineer Consultant, Max lends his expertise to a diverse range of complex losses, including those involving manufacturing equipment and power distribution equipment.

Paul Minasian - CEO

Mr. Minasian worked in the heavy machinery and equipment brokerage space from 1989 until 1991 where he valued and resold multimillion pieces of equipment. He then founded, along with current Principal Scott Kiley, a machinery and equipment resale and rebuilding company known as Graphic Innovators. The concept surrounding Graphic Innovators was the rebuilding of worn-out and damaged machinery and equipment and providing a complete turnkey installation for Fortune 500 companies globally. For the last 30 years, Paul has sourced Like Kind and Quality equipment, provided ACV/RCV evaluations, rebuilt equipment, and worked on custom-manufactured equipment. Paul's unique personality and positive energy lend well to the role of ILC CEO where he manages daily operations, and works with clients, vendors, and direct reports to help everyone at ILC provide the best possible service to every ILC client on every assignment. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from DePaul University and has more than 25 years of experience in the Insurance Loss Industry.

Scott Kiley

Mr. Kiley's knowledge of machinery and equipment began in 1981 when he worked with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace workers. During his time there, Scott earned his journeyman's card as an apprentice machinist and mechanic where he specialized in hands-on remanufacturing, engineering, design, and upgrade of printing presses, packaging equipment, material handling, bindery, laminating, paper making, converting, and a variety of industrial-related machinery. Scott later took advantage of his skill and knowledge of machinery and equipment when he along with Paul Minasian founded Graphic Innovators in 1991. Graphic Innovators (GI) specialized in repairing and rebuilding commercial printing and packaging machinery and did so in more than 30 countries for nearly 30 years. As Principal of Industrial Loss Consultants, Scott manages the overall operations of ILC as well as working with all consultants on best practices for every ILC assignment.

Wayne Taylor - EVP

For more than 23 years, Mr. Taylor has investigated and consulted on a vast array of machinery and equipment from hundreds of different industries. His unique consulting style has earned repeat business from clients and companies across the insurance industry. As Executive Vice President and Senior Consultant, Wayne onboards all new assignments, delegating them to the most appropriate ILC Consultant. In addition, he reviews all ILC client reports and work products for technical accuracy prior to delivery. Mr. Taylor is also involved with Human Resource matters, interviewing consulting candidates, and other day-to-day business operations.
