Andrea Halman, born in Georgia and moved to Immokalee in 2007. Ms. Halman is a retired social worker with a focus on children and families. Ms. Halman serves both the CRA and MSTU Boards.

CHRISTIE A. BETANCOURT

Christie is an Immokalee Native that has been in Immokalee her whole life. She has been the Operations Manager for Collier County Immokalee Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) since 2015. She has worked for Collier County a total of 22 years, 14 with the CRA and 8 with Parks & Recreation. Since coming on board with the Immokalee CRA, Ms. Betancourt has contributed significantly to the development of the established CRA. In addition to her regular office duties at the CRA, Ms. Betancourt assists local Immokalee community members with logistical issues pertaining to grant programs and other governmental communication efforts. Christina M Guerrero

Christina M Guerrero was born in Naples, Florida and raised in Immokalee "My Home". She is the business owner of Florida Boys Site Development Inc and an active realtor. She is honored to be a part of Immokalee's MSTU Board and is looking forward to making a difference in the community.

David Turrubiartez Jr.

David Turrubiartez Jr, current MSTU Chair is an Immokalee native that has spent the majority of his life here. He works in sales in the construction industry. He's married with two boys and spends his time coaching youth soccer and engaging in community activism. He's also on the Naples Better Government Board of Directors. Bernardo Barnhart, current MSTU Vice-Chair, born in Naples, Florida and raised in Immokalee. Mr. Barnhart has been in the banking industry for over 17 years and is currently the Vice-President of the First Bank of Immokalee. He serves on various boards.

Debrah Forester

Debrah Forester, CRA Director, joined the Collier County team in July 2017 as the Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Director, overseeing both the Bayshore Gateway Triangle and Immokalee CRAs. Debrah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is certified as a Redevelopment Administrator by Florida Redevelopment Association. Ms. Forester has over 25 years of experience in redevelopment, economic development, and comprehensive planning. Debrah previously worked in Collier County from 1995 to 2001 and facilitated the creation of the Collier County CRA. Debrah has a Masters Degree in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Dr. Frank Nappo

, born in New Jersey and moved to the Naples area. Dr. Nappo is retired from a distinguished career in education and continues to serve the Immokalee community on several different boards.

Edward "Ski" Olesky

Ski Olesky, born in New Eagle, Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 1967. Mr. Olesky is the owner of the Lake Trafford Marina and Airboats & Alligators, Inc. since 1976 and has been an active community leader serving on various local boards.

Jonathan D. Argueta, current CRA Vice-Chair, born in Houston, Texas and raised in Immokalee. Mr. Argueta is an Air Force Veteran and currently works as a High School Coordinator for the Guadalupe Center."

Mark Lemke

Mark Lemke, born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to Florida in 2000. Mr. Lemke is currently the Health Center Administrator for the Collier County Health Department in Immokalee and has worked for the Florida Department of Health for over 10 years.

Michael "Mike" Facundo

Mike Facundo, born in Naples and raised in Immokalee. Mr. Facundo is currently working with Hoffman-Facundo Architects. He recently left Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) where he was employed with them for over 25 years.

Norma Garcia

Norma Garcia, born in Boynton Beach, Florida and moved to Immokalee in 1972. Ms. Garcia worked for the Immokalee Water and Sewer District for over 16 years.

Patricia Anne Goodnight

Ms. Goodnight recently retired from the for the Collier County Sherriff's department and continues to be a community activist. Jonathan D. YVONNE BLAIR

Yvonne moved to Naples in 1973 and loves living in SW Florida. She joined the Immokalee CRA Team in September 2020. Yvonne graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a master's degree in business, University of Central Florida, Orlando, with a bachelor of arts degree in pre-law/political science and received an associate of science degree in real estate management from Edison Community College, Fort Myers. Yvonne has over 23 years sales experience including key roles with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Bonita Bay Group, St. Joe Land Company, Beazer Homes and WCI. Previously, she was a senior real property specialist for Collier County government for seven years and has also been an International Right-of-Way Association member for eight years.
