In 2003, after 25 years of experience in different world-wide executive positions, Nicolas decided to leave Europe and come to China to collaborate business relations with Suzy.
Nicolas obtained his bachelor's degree from the Saint-Denis University, Institute of Technologies (major in marketing techniques, 1972), a MA in management in 1977 and a Post Graduate Certificate in International Marketing in 1978 from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. He also has an eMBA from the International School of Management (ISM Paris - Tokyo - New York ).

Suzy, a returnee herself, has a solid experience in human resources and education. She was actively involved in the establishment of the Management School of Lyon (EM Lyon/ former Sup de Co. Lyon). For 7 years, she was responsible for the promotion, the recruitment and the Alumni club in China ( EM Lyon China Club ).
Suzy is currently the representative of IAE Grenoble in China (Grenoble Institute of Management).Suzy obtained a French MA of Science of Education (1990), as well as an MBA France in Shanghai from the EM Lyon, Grenoble EM, IAE Grenoble, and IAE Lyon.
