Jennifer joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in July of 2017 as a REALTOR®.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in 1999. After graduation, she went on to spend nearly 19 years working in state government. After a lifetime of growing up and working in Sussex County, she is familiar with the beaches, as well as, the western side of the county.
Jennifer recently moved to Millsboro and enjoys all the things that our area has to offer, particularly in the summer months. She spends most weekends on the beach or gardening. In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers for the GFWC Acorn Club and is deeply involved with Special Olympics Torch Run.
Kelly joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in January of 2006 after receiving her real estate license. Previously, she has had years of experience in the real estate industry as she worked for a Delaware Beach Real Estate Firm as a Rental Agent and Administrative Assistant for over 4 years while attending college. Kelly is also a National Board Certified Librarian with a Master's Degree of Instruction and is the Library Media Specialist and International Baccalaureate coordinator at Sussex Central High School.
Kelly's husband Brian, is employed by Pyramid Trucking as a dispatcher. Kelly has two sons, Lane, 20, who is aviation student and pitcher at Delaware State University, and Trace, 18, who attends the University of Delaware and works at the family business, CrossFit Unlocked.
CrossFit is Kelly's other passion, and the entire family works out together nightly at Crossfit Unlocked as a way to stay in shape.
Lisa has been a REALTOR® with Indian River Land Company, Inc. for over 30 years and has been a REALTOR® in Sussex County for 35 years. During her career, she has been a five time receipient of Delaware Today Magizine's Five Star Professional. Lisa handles residential and commercial sales as well as property management.
Lisa lives in Georgetown with her husband, Jim. She has two sons that currently reside in Lewes, Delaware with thier families. When Lisa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, Audrey, Olivia, Grant & Cora Lee.
Lisa is well known throughout the community for her civic involvement with the Georgetown Little League, Sussex Central Sports Boosters and the Historic Georgetown Association.
Sherry Mitchell joined Indian River Land Company, Inc. in May 2013 as a REALTOR® and has been a top producer since that time. She is a life-long resident of Sussex County. Sherry graduated from Wilmington University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and retired from teaching in the Indian River School District in 2011.
Sherry and her husband Jeff reside in Millsboro and have one daughter and one granddaughter. Sherry enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading, and enjoying the local beaches.
She also enjoys visiting her favorite vacation spot, Hatteras Island, North Carolina.
