Mr Danish Naveed is a director at Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing. He joined the business in 2017 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. Currently he is overseeing the operations at one of the group mills in Hyderabad.
Mr. Azmat Ahmed has done his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia. Additionally, he has taken numerous professional courses from reputable institutes all over the world. Azmat was trained for one year at Indus before being appointed Director. He is currently overseeing raw material procurement, sales, production, accounts and finance for Indus Lyallpur Ltd.
He holds the degree of Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi. He has started a career a woven garments bed wear export-oriented stitching unit in 1986. He was a managing committee member of Pakistan cotton fashion apparel and exporters association in (1988-2001). He is a presently a member of Karachi Cotton Association. He has a diversified experience in general business and the textile sector.

Mr. Hassan is Pakistan's Leading Management Consultant. His forte is Corporate Strategy, Turnaround Strategy, Marketing and Branding Strategy. For 9 years (2000-2009), he was Chief Executive of the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP).Under his tutelage the Brand Equity of MAP grew by 1,800%. Before that he has worked for ICI, Exxon Corp and a Bank (NDFC). Mr. Hassan is Pakistan's premier Management Journalist. He has contributed over 120 articles in the leading newspaper. Mr. Hassan lectures at prestigious institutions, nationally and internationally. Mr. Hassan is the President of the Karachi Boat Club. Mr. Hassan is an independent Director on three publicly listed companies. In all he has been a Director on 12 corporations. He contributed to the code of corporate Governance, 2002.
Imran Ahmed was born in Pakistan. Before joining the family owned business in 1990 he got his bachelor's degree in Finance from USA. He is handling all areas relating to one of the group's mills producing melange yarns.
After having studied B.Sc. Textiles from USA, he is looking after all mills-related functions of Indus Home Limited
After doing MBA, he is in charge of all activities of Sunrays Textile Mills Limited.
After graduating from USA in Accounting, he started his business career in Pakistan. He is responsible for yarn sales for the group and corporate activities of Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Limited
He is by profession a Chartered Accountant (F.C.A) and joined the group in 1980. He is in charge of Finance of the Group.

Mr. Shahwaiz Ahmed is a Director at Indus Dyeing & Manufacturing and is also present on the board of other group companies. He is a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on Finance and has completed his undergraduate studies from Babson College, USA. He has been involved with Indus Dyeing since 2010 and has working experience in all aspects of the business ranging from Finance to Production and Sales. He is involved in mapping out a strategic direction for the company whilst making sure day to day tasks are not ignored. Mr. Shahwaiz Ahmed has attended and completed Director training program as prescribed by the code of corporate governance.
Azra holds a BSc. Hons with distinction from University College London where she did her undergraduate studies in Architecture, Planning, Building and Environmental Studies. She also holds a MSc. in Computational Finance from the USA. She spent her early years in architecture and actuarial sciences in the UK and the US. Since 2000, she has ventured into the Banking sector and spear headed key positions in various banks in Pakistan including the national implementation of Basel II at the State Bank of Pakistan. She is currently working as a management consultant engaging in various sectors of the economy on business development, innovation, financial inclusion, capacity building, fiduciary due diligence and risk management. She is also serving on the boards of Shirkat Gah and the Pakistan Association of the Universities of London Alumni (PAULA) since 2016.
Shahzad Ahmed took charge as Chief Executive after his graduation in the USA in Marketing, he oversees functioning all activities of Indus Dyeing & Mfg.
