CAMPERS, TRAILERS, ETC *They must be parked in the garage, on a concrete pad beside the garage or at a site out of the neighborhood. They cannot be parked in the street or in the driveway. Phases 2-5 the pad is to be screened from the view of the street. Vehicles must be parked on a concrete pad per the CCRs. They cannot be parked on the side of a property on the grass or dirt. *The City of Salem does not allow non-motorized vehicles parked on the street.
