Ana Rita started her career at Unilever, in Marketing Research. After three years of experience in fast moving consumer goods, Ana Rita was invited to join a startup company within MediaCapital, a privately owned media group, to launch an Internet Portal. Working in strategic marketing and business development in the first years- of internet monetization was a challenge that still renders many lessons. She then turned her focus on Education and worked at a nonprofit organization, doing consultancy for school principals to better manage their organizations and published a book titled "130 best practices in Portuguese schools". Following that, Ana Rita joined LeYa as Business Development Director, leading a project to digitalize educational contents and the classroom experience. In the following six years, Ana Rita was a Member of the National Portuguese Parliament, co-chairing the Education and Science Committee and a member of the Health and Culture Committees. In December 2022, Ana Rita was appointed CEO of LeYa, SA and has since then joined the Infinitas Learning Group, following the company's acquisition. Ana holds a degree in Economics and an Executive Master of School Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She has also completed the AMP at INSEAD (Fontainebleau).

Anneke has extensive experience in various publishing areas, since 2004 in the education sector. For more than 6 years she was CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors of Cito (a large knowledge organization in the field of testing, measurement and research for Dutch education) and before that she held management positions at Uitgeverij Zwijsen for more than 10 years, the last 6 of which were in the role of Managing Director. Anneke is a highly experienced board member and director. People-oriented, with an eye for opportunities and a focus on entrepreneurship and results. Changing business models and digital transformation are the common thread in her work. She graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. In addition to her role as Managing Director at Noordhoff, Anneke serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at Brill publishing house and holds the position of chairperson at the Dutch education chain platform Edu-K.

Bart Coopmans is Managing Director at NPM Capital since September 2007 and has been involved in a wide range of NPM participations, including Iddink. Previously he was Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and held various positions with Unilever. Before joining Infinitas Learning, Casper worked for five years at SparkOptimus, a strategy consultant with a focus on digital strategy, transformation and M&A. In his capacity as Associate Partner he was a trusted advisor to a number of multinational clients and digital pure players. As part of the leadership team, he co-led the M&A practice and was responsible for Talent. Prior to that, Casper headed the online department of Jacobs Douwe Egberts and worked at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he managed project teams on a wide variety of engagements with a focus on private equity portfolio companies and transaction support. Casper holds two degrees in Finance (MSc) from the University of Amsterdam and BI Business School, and Information Technology (BSc) from the University of Utrecht. Before joining Infinitas Learning, Gitte worked for The Learning Network, an independent educational service provider in the Netherlands and Belgium. In her capacity as CHRO, she was part of the Management Team that was responsible for the redefinition of the company strategy, a redesign of the entire organization and a change management implementation plan. Prior to The Learning Network, Gitte held various senior HR management positions in the retail and wholesale, the public sector (advisor of the board of the court) and within various childcare organizations. She brings solid experience in supporting business in the journey to multi-disciplinary teamwork, cross business engagement and talent development. She holds a bachelor degree in HR and completed a masterclass Change Management at Nyenrode Business University.

Harrie van Rijbroek is a Director in PGGM's Private Equity team and also serves as a member of the PGGM Private Equity Investment Committee. He is responsible for the investments in the European mid-market segment. Before joining the team in 2016, he worked for over 15 years at the Dutch mid-market private equity firm Bencis, lastly as a Director. From 1996 to 1999, he worked as a Controller at Alliance Partners and Manager Corporate Finance at KLM, the Dutch airline company. Harrie holds a Master degree in Finance from Tilburg University and a Master degree in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

He will be succeeded by Herberth Samsom. … Herberth Samsom is the CEO of Infinitas Learning, where he brings a rich blend of leadership, innovation, and expertise. With a diverse career across various sectors, including advertising, insurance, finance, and auction technology, Herberth has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within companies that embrace innovation to accelerate value creation. Before joining Infinitas Learning, Herberth built an impressive career as a (co)founder of several enterprises, including InShared and TBAuctions, as well as various advertising and technology firms. His extensive experience spans both executive and non-executive roles. Herberth started at Infinitas Learning International as a Chairman of the Supervisory Board, playing a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction. He also holds board memberships at Equipe Zorgbedrijven, and the Prinses Maxima Centrum Foundation. Herberth has an academic background in business, with a Master in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. This education has provided him with a solid foundation in business strategy and leadership. Herberth is passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and is committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement at Infinitas Learning. Outside of his professional life, Herberth is an avid reader and enjoys exploring new cultures through travel. Before joining Infinitas Learning, Hernan worked as Group CEO for seven years at Digital School Systems, an international software group that offers software solutions in four different countries within Learning Management systems, School Information Systems, scheduling systems and digital tools for diagnosing reading difficulties and dyslexia. Prior to Digital School Systems, Hernan co-founded and led Smile, that later merged with Colosseum to become the largest private dental chain in the Nordics. The company was acquired by Jacobs Holding 2017. He holds a degree in Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Gothenburg University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Jerzy Garlicki graduated from the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University and holds an MBA from the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. Before joining Wydawnictwo Szkolne i Pedagogiczne (WSiP), he built a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, notably serving as President of the Polish branch of AstraZeneca from 2003 to 2009. He also held the role of Senior Executive Director for Emerging Markets at AstraZeneca Global, where he was responsible for implementing innovative projects across more than 30 markets worldwide. During his tenure in Poland, AstraZeneca became the fastest-growing pharmaceutical company in the country. Since 2011, Jerzy Garlicki has served as the President of WSiP, one of Poland's largest and most innovative educational companies. Under his leadership, WSiP has pursued a development strategy focused on creating innovative educational solutions that address both individual and societal needs, equipping learners to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving world.

John Martin is an independent advisor and investor in education and education technology companies. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Infinitas Learning International B.V. and a member of the Board of Kognity. Previously he was CEO of Sanoma Learning and served in the Executive Management of Sanoma Group, first leading digital and strategy at the Group and later Sanoma Learning. John's core interests are in digital transformation and leading change. Prior to joining Sanoma, John worked in strategy consulting (ContentConnected) and in science publishing (Wolters Kluwer and Swets & Zeitlinger). He has a Ph.D. in molecular biology from Sheffield University and was a post-doctoral researcher at Utrecht University.

In his capacity as Group CFO, he was part of the Management Team that guided the Company through the post-crisis years, restructured the business and facilitated the ultimate Exit of its shareholder Warburg Pincus. Prior to Clondalkin Group, Michel held various senior management positions in Finance and Accounting within Swissport International, world's largest provider of ground and cargo handling services in the aviation industry. He was involved in a wide range of transactions and in business development. His last position within Swissport International was Executive Vice President Global Cargo, managing the Cargo Division of that company. He holds a degree in Engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
