Dr. Nan-Sheng Lin is president and co-founder of InnoMedia, where he works closely with InnoMedia's chairman and CEO, Mr. Kai-Wa Ng to help direct the company's strategy, growth, and business partnerships. Prior to InnoMedia, Dr. Lin was executive vice president at Digicom Systems, Inc., a leader in the development of internal, external, and software modems. He also held the positions of chief scientist and vice president of cellular and digital radio at Teknekron Communications Systems, a company specializing in providing total solutions to the telecommunications industry, where he was an early leader in the development of digital cellular phones. Dr. Lin has authored several papers and holds patents in the areas of wireline and wireless communications. He is also active in a number of business leadership forums. Dr. Lin has served as an overseas expert member of the Strategic Review Board for the government of Taiwan, a coordinating member of the National Science Council's Wireless Communications Committee, and a guest member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the Industrial Technology Research Institute. Dr. Lin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.

Harprit S. Chhatwal - CTO

Harprit S. Chhatwal is Chief Technical Officer for InnoMedia where he is involved in setting strategic technology directions for the company and communicating with key partners and customers. Prior to joining Innomedia, Dr. Chhatwal was co-founder and Chief Technical Officer for Nuera Communications, a provider of VoIP telephony media gateways for the cable MSO market. Nuera was subsequently acquired by AudioCodes Ltd. and Dr. Chhatwal lead the UK engineering operations of AudioCodes until joining InnoMedia in 2008. He has also been active in numerous industry standards organisations and has most recently co-authored the PacketCable 1.5 and 2.0 Speech Codec specifications as well as the PacketCable Enterprise SIP Gateway (ESG) specification. Dr. Chhatwal holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. in Speech Coding, both from Imperial College, London. He also holds an MBA from Warwick University, UK as well as 5 patents in digital signal processing.

Shailesh Patel

Shailesh Patel joined InnoMedia in January 1999 as the director of testing and support and has since been promoted to senior director, broadband product management, testing and support. He manages broadband product management functions, as well as the testing, technical support and systems engineering for InnoMedia's broadband and Internet telephony products. Patel boasts an extensive foundation in testing and support, having served as system test manager for Diva Communications from 1995 to 1998. At Diva Communications, he managed the testing and training for the company's Wireless Local Loop system. Patel has also conducted product testing for Siemens Rolm Communications from 1987 to 1995. Patel's experience also includes his involvement with product planning for next generation computer systems at AT&T Information Systems. He also served as member of technical staff at AT&T Bell Labs, developing software and testing the Advanced Mobile Phone Systems (AMPS) cellular system. Patel holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from Illinois Benedictine College and a B.S. in Engineering from University of Baroda, India.

Wymond Choy joined InnoMedia in 1999 and is Vice President, in charge of Corporate Business Development and US Operations. He formed InnoSphere, InnoMedia's prepaid Voice-over-IP (VoIP) business, providing service to hundreds of thousand users worldwide. Wymond has worked at the executive level in the communications industry since 1984. In 1995, he founded CY Worldtalk, Inc., a pioneering VoIP company, and served as president and CEO. At Worldtalk, Wymond conceptualized, designed and architected one of the world's first VoIP systems, and launched commercial service in 1996 with clients in over 22 countries. He also founded and served for 10 years as General Partner of an international consulting group serving large telecommunications companies throughout the globe. Wymond was previously an executive at Pacific Telesis International. Wymond holds an M.B.A. in General Management from the University of California, Berkeley. He pursued his undergraduate career at the same university, where he received a B.S. in Bacteriology and a B.A. in Economics.
