Chris Sullivan, president of Interface Consulting, has over 35 years of experience in engineering and project management in the US and abroad. As a specialist in the commercial and technical aspects of project management, Mr. Sullivan has worked on many high-profile engineering and construction projects involving refineries, chemical plants, petrochemical and industrial facilities, oil and gas facilities, power plants, pipelines, and commercial buildings. He is experienced in contract execution, including project development, engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls.

Erick Schirmer, senior associate consultant for Interface Consulting, has over 25 years of business development, risk management, and due diligence experience for businesses around the world. Since 2006, he worked as an independent consultant in East Asia, providing clients throughout the region with a full suite of business development, risk management consulting, claims mitigation and recovery, business loss control, due diligence, and outsourced risk management services. His work has spanned a variety of industries, with a focus on chemical & petrochemical, refining, oil & gas, marine & offshore platforms, and aerospace manufacturing as well as transportation & infrastructure and buildings & facilities. Mr. Schirmer has assisted clients in numerous countries with networking and new client engagements, risk analysis, business continuity services, merger and acquisition studies, and brand protection consulting.

Frank Adams, founder of Interface Consulting, has over 40 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry as an owner's representative, contractor, engineer, and construction expert involving over 400 construction projects in more than 70 countries. As an expert in construction management, Mr. Adams provides expert services on domestic and international engineering and construction projects regarding project and change order management, schedule and cost analysis, damage assessment, construction labor productivity, and design and engineering analysis.
Mr. Adams has provided expert testimony in US federal and state courts, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) hearings, and arbitrations under the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC). He has also been an arbitrator with AAA, ICDR, and ad hoc arbitrations for over 30 years and is a member of the AAA Construction Mega Project Panel of arbitrators.

Senior associate consultant Michael Jorgenson, PMP, draws upon his extensive technical expertise, business acumen, and industry knowledge in both the construction and consulting domains to deliver dispute resolution, project advisory, and project management services for capital programs spanning diverse industry sectors. His experience is instrumental in defining, optimizing, and managing overall strategies and construction practices encompassing every project phase, from planning, pre-construction, and design through construction, commissioning, closeout, and occupancy, on projects ranging from several million to several billion dollars.
Mr. Jorgenson has rendered thorough, independent opinions on various complex issues, including claims concerning labor productivity, delays and acceleration, contract suspension and termination, construction management and standard of care practices, contracting, and disputed change orders. He has also produced expert reports addressing causation, entitlement, and resulting damages to facilitate negotiations and achieve dispute settlements.

Pete Luan is a senior associate consultant with Interface and a project advisor with over 40 years of experience. During his career, he has served as a project manager, a construction and development manager, and a project execution consultant in the energy industry. He has expertise in petrochemical and refining projects as well as major offshore and onshore oil and gas developments including gas processing, pipelines, storage, NGL, and LNG.
Mr. Luan has held key roles on a significant number of major/mega projects and has an excellent understanding of major/mega project challenges in international locations based on his involvement with assignments in Europe, the North Sea, the Middle East, Latin America, Eurasia, and Asia Pacific. He has conducted project audits on multiple mega projects, participated in numerous cost and schedule risk analysis assessments of international major projects, and facilitated mitigation of these risks.
