Pete Luan is a senior associate consultant with Interface and a project advisor with over 40 years of experience. During his career, he has served as a project manager, a construction and development manager, and a project execution consultant in the energy industry. He has expertise in petrochemical and refining projects as well as major offshore and onshore oil and gas developments including gas processing, pipelines, storage, NGL, and LNG. Mr. Luan has held key roles on a significant number of major/mega projects and has an excellent understanding of major/mega project challenges in international locations based on his involvement with assignments in Europe, the North Sea, the Middle East, Latin America, Eurasia, and Asia Pacific. He has conducted project audits on multiple mega projects, participated in numerous cost and schedule risk analysis assessments of international major projects, and facilitated mitigation of these risks.
