Note: Our manual virus removal experience dates well back into the 1980's.. One of our technicians has experience working with an early variation of a stealth virus in the late 1980's that could be detected but not cured or removed. Working closely with an antivirus government contractor they were able to remove this virus over a three week period. Today, companies that didn't exist then, such as Norton, can create a cure for a newly detected virus within days and typically within hours.
