Adam Janovic - Managing Director

Adam has been a portfolio manager at Ingalls since 2002. Working with individual, retirement, and institutional accounts he uses tax-efficient, risk mitigating strategies to design portfolios that are aligned with clients' goals and needs. Portfolios include equities, fixed-income securities, and ETFs. In 2017, he co-founded The 6 th Avenue Team, where Exchange Traded Funds were broadly introduced for further optimization of client outcomes. Additionally, since 2005, Adam has been a partner in an Ingalls-advised private investment fund focusing on distressed debt and special situations. Adam joined Ingalls after serving as President of Janovic/Plaza, a fourth generation, family-owned chain of paint and home decorating stores in New York City. Adam sold the business to Benjamin Moore in 1999, having grown it threefold over a nine-year period. Adam has lectured on the challenges and nuances of family business matters at universities, clubs, and private business organizations. Earlier in his career, Adam worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney. Adam received a B.A. from Colgate University with a major in economics and an M.B.A. from Cornell's Johnson School of Management. Adam's outside activities have included nine years of service as a Board Member of Echoing Green, a foundation providing seed funding to social entrepreneurs. Separately, Adam has provided financial backing and counseling to numerous start-ups and early stage organizations. Adam lives in New York City with his family and the world's greatest pound dog.

Benjamin L. Lanier - VP

Ben Lanier is a portfolio manager and analyst at Ingalls & Snyder, working with Kenneth Lee and the Bridgehampton Group. Ben focuses on equity and convertible bond securities analysis and selection for a wide array of portfolio management mandates, including private client accounts, trusts, limited partnerships and institutional accounts.Prior to joining Ingalls & Snyder in 2018, Ben was on the audit staff of Deloitte & Touche. Bruce A. Molinaroli

Bruce Molinaroli is a Senior Director and portfolio manager. Bruce's investment style may be best described as conservative with income as the primary consideration with growth secondary. He has a passion for researching special situations, large and small, and employs them as appropriate in client accounts. Bruce received his A.B. in economics from Dartmouth College and earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from The Tuck School at Dartmouth. He began his career at Standard & Poor's as an analyst covering the oil and gas industry. From there he headed special situations analytical groups at several Wall Street firms. Bruce joined Ingalls & Snyder in 1979 and became a Partner in 1983, a Director in 1996 and Senior Director in 2007. Bruce was born and raised in Vermont. His father, a small businessman, ignited his interest in the stock market and investing in general when Bruce was a teenager. This interest has turned into a lifelong vocation. After raising a family in the New Jersey suburbs, Bruce and his wife moved back to Manhattan where they enjoy all that New York City has to offer. However, Bruce remains a Vermonter at heart.

Christine E. Weston - Managing Director

Cintia Kempkes

Cintia Kempkes is a Senior Financial Planner at Ingalls & Snyder. Cintia joined Ingalls in 2020, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial planning at Capital Formation Group, USAA Wealth Management, and several private banks, including J.P. Daniel A. Pisera - SVP

Dan joined Ingalls & Snyder in 2013 with over twenty-five years of experience as a credit portfolio manager and risk manager and now leads high-grade portfolio management in the Bridgehampton Group of Ingalls & Snyder. Prior to joining Ingalls, Dan was with Knight Credit Group (2010-2013) where he was responsible for trading and sales of stressed and distressed loans and high yield bonds. Prior to Knight, Dan held credit portfolio management responsibilities at ABN Amro Group (2004-2008), Kellner DiLeo (2001-2004) and Banc One Corp. (1994-2001). Early in his career, Dan worked as an M&A and restructuring advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.Dan began his career working in commercial lending and structuring at PNC Bank. Dan received his Masters and B.S. degrees from the Pennsylvania State University School of Business. Dan and his family reside in Westchester County, NY.

Elizabeth A. Larson

As an Ingalls & Snyder client himself for over 20 years prior to joining the firm, Joe understands well the quality of investment advice and attention the firm provides to its clients. Joe began his financial career at Chase Manhattan Bank in its Treasury and Capital Markets units, as well as in Chase Manhattan Futures. He then joined HSBC Bank where his roles included Executive Managing Director in North America and head of sales for HSBC's U.S. futures commission merchant (FCM) business. Joe next joined Refco, LLC serving as the President of its FCM unit and as global head of sales. From 2008 to 2013, Joe was Executive Vice President and President of the Americas for R.J. O'Brien & Associates LLC overseeing marketing and business development in the U.S. and abroad. Joe has served as Chairman of the Futures Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the Chicago Board of Trade Clearing Corp. and as a Board Member of the National Futures Association. Kenneth Ewell Lee - SVP

Ken manages customized portfolios for private clients, trusts and institutions. Ken launched Bridgehampton Capital Management in 2006 and since then he and his group have been serving a growing group of advisory clients, many of whom have been invested with Mr. Lee since inception. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Lee joined Salomon Brothers Asset Management (SBAM) in 1998 and remained until its successor Saranac Capital began to manage assets for Citigroup and others as a separate entity in 2005. Ken managed over $1 billion in convertible and corporate bonds in a multi-strategy hedge fund setting within SBAM. Prior to Salomon, Mr. Lee worked for Brown Brothers Harriman in equity research focusing on technology and financial services firms. Mr. Lee has a B.A. in History from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the Stern School of Business, New York University.

Marshall Kaplan - SVP

Marshall Kaplan is a Senior Vice President at Ingalls & Snyder. He has 35 years of investment industry experience and manages the Fundamental All-Cap Equity portfolios and the Fundamental Small/Mid-Cap Strategy for Fundamental Equity Advisors (FEA). FEA is an investment management team formed in October 2010 at MorganStanley, which joined Ingalls & Snyder in 2018. Previously, Marshall worked in Morgan Stanley's Portfolio Strategy and Research Group and managed the Equity Model Portfolio team. Marshall joined Smith Barney in 1983 as a Portfolio Analyst. Subsequently, he created and managed that firm's Equity High Net Worth and Portfolio Management programs and served on its Global Investment Committee and Global Portfolio Committee. Prior to Smith Barney, Marshall spent two years as a paper and forest products analyst at an institutional research firm. In that role Martin managed $1.3 billion of custom portfolios for high net worth clients, and co-founded and lead-managed the World Thematic Alpha Portfolio - a $1.6 billion global equity strategy which combined quantitative and fundamental investment disciplines. Rochelle F. She joined the Equity Model Portfolio team in 2005. Previously, Rochelle spent three years as a research associate for Citi Investment Research & Analysis (CIRA), covering stocks in the lodging and gaming sector. She also spent two years working as a sales liaison for Smith Barney's Portfolio Management Group. Roger Corrado develops and manages new investment advisory client relationships for Ingalls & Snyder in partnership with Joseph Murphy. He joined Ingalls & Snyder in 2015. Roger began his financial career trading agricultural commodities in the pits of the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT, now known as ICE Futures U.S.) on behalf of Dean Witter and Merrill Lynch. He subsequently founded his own commodities firm and became a significant trader of agricultural commodities as well as oil and precious metals. Roger's leadership skill and industry knowledge led to his selection as Vice Chairman of NYBOT and Chair of its Executive Committee. In this capacity he played key roles in NYBOT's governance, public relations, and in its ultimate acquisition by the Intercontinental Exchange in 2007. Roger has been a frequent guest on financial television news shows offering his commentary on the commodity markets. Roger has been enthusiastically engaged in many charitable and community initiatives including the NYMEX/CME Charitable Foundation, the St. Francis Breadline, Futures & Options for Kids, Say: The Stuttering Association for the Young, and Building Homes for Heroes. Locally, he is the Vice President of the Hoboken YMCA, mentors at St. Anthony's High School in Jersey City, and coaches basketball at Hoboken Catholic Academy. Steve Dianora is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. He has consistently demonstrated a proven history of accomplishments in security lending, financial reporting, sophisticated analysis, middle & back-office operations, and proficient project management. Steve joined Ingalls & Snyder as Vice President of Securities Lending - Operations Manager in October 2023. He previously served as the Assistant Vice President of Securities Lending at ICBC Financial Services where he oversaw and executed all day-to-day Stock Loan operational activities. Steve's role extended to provide adept trade support, regulatory expertise, ensuring and adhering to settlement procedures to uphold regulatory compliance and mandates. He also served as a Subject Matter Expert on REG SHO 204 and 15c3-3 deficit monitoring and reporting. Prior to this, as a Senior Associate in Securities Lending at E*TRADE, Steve orchestrated the management of pre-market borrows, engaged in negotiations, and vigilantly supervised all dimensions of the intricate Buying process. Steve's expertise encompassed generating comprehensive reports, monitoring Fully Paid Lending activities, executing a wide array of Stock Loan functions and addressing challenges.
