As an Accounting Associate, Aimee handles complete bank reconciliations, issues payments to vendors and insurance carriers, monitors receivables & payables, and reconciles direct bill commissions for IAAB. She corresponds directly with agency owners, CSRs, agency vendors and carriers to resolve and advise on payable and receivable issues. Aimee has an Associate's Degree in Accounting and joined IAAB in 2013. Outside of work she enjoys exercising, gardening, going to the beach, singing, playing instruments and spending time with her husband and two girls.
As an Accounting Clerk, Alexis reports discrepancies and reconciles commissions for the agencies she works with. She joined IAAB in 2019 and is currently working towards a Psychology degree. Outside of work Alexis enjoys bonfires, traveling, video games, reading, and spending time with her friends, sister, and dog Nyx.
Allison is an Accounting Associate who records financial transactions for multiple insurance agencies. She has certificates in Accounting and Business Administration, while also holding an Associate's Degree in the latter. She is currently working on getting my bachelor's in accounting. Allison joined IAAB in 2019, and outside of work she enjoys exercising and traveling.
Amber is an Accounting Associate for Applied Epic agencies. She records bank transactions, reconciles bank records, sets up agency/vendor payments, and records direct bill commission statements. She joined IAAB in 2022. Amber enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, cooking and photographing things in nature.

Andy works as a Staff Accountant for Applied Epic agencies and has been with IAAB since 2019. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. He handles reconciling bank records, recording bank transactions, setting up vendor and agency bill payments as well as reviewing financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payables. Outside of work, Andy spends his time chasing around his one-year-old son, playing games and singing silly songs.
Barbara is an Accounting Associate specializing in bookkeeping, preparation and reviewing of financial statements for insurance agencies. She holds a Bachelor's and Associate Degree in Accounting and enjoys corresponding directly with agency owners to address any issues that may occur. Barbara joined IAAB in 2017 and enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.
Joining IAAB in 2022, Bill is an Accounting Associate doing bookkeeping work with Applied Epic agencies. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from John Brown University. Outside of work, Bill enjoys hiking, cooking with his wife, and devoutly watching his Arkansas Razorbacks.
Brenda is the President of IAAB. She earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut, Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and has the CIC designation. She formed IAAB in 2007 after working in-house at agencies for many years. She has earned the NetVU Certification of Insurance Accounting, is a member of the NetVU Educators Guild and has completed all required sessions of the Applied Epic accounting series sponsored by the Applied Client Network. Brenda's passion for her profession is also clear in her teaching. She has served as an adjunct accounting instructor at the University of Connecticut and the Connecticut Community College System. Outside of accounting Brenda enjoys volunteering for civic events having served as President of the Torrington-Winsted Area Rotary Club, renovating old homes, and listening to music.
Bryan joined the IAAB team in January 2016 and is currently an Accountant working with Applied Systems Agency Principals and staff. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. Bryan welcomes any type of challenge and looks forward to creating new agency relationships. When not in the office, Bryan can be found enjoying his passion for motorsports and spending time with friends and family.
Chi is an Accounting Clerk who joined IAAB in 2022. He records direct bill commission statements and reports for his agencies. He holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and is working toward his Bachelor's Degree in the same field. Chi enjoys watching Anime, playing video games and board games, archery, photography, and hiking.
Christy is an Accounting Associate at IAAB. Joining the team in 2021, she handles accounts receivable, company payables, and invoicing. Christy enjoys spending time with her family, going camping and boating, and watching Tennessee Volunteers Football.

Cody works as an Accounting Associate for Applied Epic agencies. She corresponds directly with agency owners, CSRs, agency vendors and carriers to resolve and advise on payable and receivable issues. Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog, traveling, kayaking, riding horses, going to the beach, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
As an Accounting Associate, Courtney handles bank reconciliations and direct bill entry for the agencies she works with. Joining IAAB in 2017, she ensures that vendor and agency bill invoices are paid in a timely manner. She holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and is working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. When not working, Courtney enjoys traveling and going on adventures with her two dogs.
Cynthia is an Accounting Clerk who handles direct bill commissions. She holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and joined IAAB in 2021. At home, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her three daughters and family, traveling, and reading.

Dawn currently works as an Accounting Associate for Applied Epic agencies and handles agency-vendor payments, carrier payments, post deposits, bank reconciliations and generates month end reports for review for financial reports. She joined IAAB in 2014 and brings 35+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience to the team. In her free time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her daughter and new grandson.
Emma is a Staff Accountant who handles financial statements, accounts receivables and accounts payables. She joined IAAB in 2018 and has an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work Emma enjoys watching football, visiting Key West and spending time with her kids.
Erin is an Accounting Associate for Applied Epic agencies. She records bank transactions, reconciles bank records, sets up agency/vendor payments, and generates reports for month's end. Erin also reconciles direct bill commission statements and resolves any issues that arise. Joining IAAB in 2021, she brings four years of bookkeeping experience and holds certificates in bookkeeping and payroll. Erin enjoys traveling, ceramics, oil painting, binging TV shows, and spending time with her loved ones.

Evan is the Executive Assistant at IAAB who joined the team in 2021. He corresponds with prospective clients, helps to solve technical issues, and supports management in various efforts. Evan also rolls out new computer programs and tracks the efficiency of the team. Outside of work he is an avid writer, loves video games, and is a diehard New York Giants fan.
Jill is an Accounting Associate who handles accounts receivable, company payables, and invoicing. Joining IAAB in 2018, Jill resolves bank reconciliations and direct bill commissions discrepancies for clients. In her free time, Jill enjoys trips to Vermont with her husband, her two boys, and their dog. She also enjoys baking, gardening, bonfires, walking and spending time with friends and family.
As an Accounting Clerk, Jordyn invoices direct bill commissions and works with agencies to resolve any discrepancies. She has been with IAAB since 2019 and in her spare time she loves antiquing/thrifting, crafting, and relaxing with family and pets.
Josh holds Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Joining IAAB in 2011, he quickly learned the insurance side of accounting and now oversees all IAAB's Applied Systems clients. He prepares monthly financials while doing day to day work for clients to keep up to date with the latest rollout changes on Applied EPIC. He plays an integral role in training new associates and onboarding new agencies. As Director of Accounting, Josh enjoys the relationship side of his career, especially problem solving for his clients and the rest of the IAAB team. Outside of work, Josh, is an avid reader, admits he can't live without Netflix and enjoys gardening, hiking, entertaining, and spending time with his friends and family.
Kari is an Accounting Associate, recording financial transactions and reports for each agency she works with. Joining IAAB in 2022, she has a strong background in accounting and corporate insurance. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, riding horses, and two-stepping every chance she gets.
Kayla works as an Accountant for AMS360 agencies. She manages day to day bookkeeping for agencies and prepares monthly financial statements for multiple agencies. Kayla has been with IAAB since 2014 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Outside of work, Kayla loves to spend time with her dog and enjoys snowmobiling and sport quadding.
Kim is an Accounting Associate who works with multiple agencies, processing direct billing for most of them. She joined IAAB in 2021 and brings many years of insurance accounting experience to the team. Kim loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, being outdoors, cooking, and has a passion for scrapbooking.
Lulu is an Accounting Associate who handles account receivables, account payables and direct bill commission reconciliations. Lulu also manages producer commission payables, records payroll, makes journal entries, runs financial reports, and assists with agency accounting inquiries. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has been with IAAB since 2017. When Lulu is not working she enjoys watching movies and traveling.
Mariangela is an Accounting Clerk who joined IAAB in 2022. She enters receipts, reconciles direct bill commissions, and identifies discrepancies for Applied Epic agencies. Outside of work, Mariangela loves traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
Joining IAAB in 2016, Marina is an Accounting Associate specializing in bookkeeping services for our Applied Epic & AMS360 clients. She holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and enjoys working in the accounting field. In her free time Marina loves to spend time with her family.
Nancy is an Accounting Clerk specializing in accounting and bookkeeping services for Applied EPIC agencies. Since 2017 she has handled invoicing Direct Bill commissions for the agencies she works with. She runs and reviews financial statements and corresponds directly with clients to help resolve accounting issues.

Nathalie currently works as an Accounting Associate for Applied Epic agencies in addition to being the go-to person for questions on direct bill and producer commission processing. She enjoys working with the independent insurance agents she has met over the years as well as working with the IAAB team. Joining IAAB in 2012, Nathalie enjoys working in the accounting field and embraces the new challenges that come across her desk daily. Outside of work, Nathalie spends most of her free time with her family.
As an Accounting Associate, Sandy handles bank reconciliations, direct bill entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for insurance agencies. Joining the team in 2018, Sandy holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and brings over 11 years of bookkeeping experience to IAAB. Outside of work, she enjoys needlepoint, sewing, crafts and spending time with her family.
As an Accounting Associate, Sara corresponds directly with agencies and handles bank reconciliations, payments to vendors and insurance carriers, direct bill commission entries, and monitors receivables and payables. She joined IAAB in 2016 and brings 9 years of accounts receivable expertise to the IAAB team. In her free time, Sara enjoys working out, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and friends.
As an Accounting Associate, Sarah handles payroll processing for many of IAAB's clients. She specializes in direct bill commission invoicing for Applied Epic agencies. Working with clients to guarantee accurate recordkeeping and timely remittance of payments to insurance carriers is the most rewarding aspect of her career. Sarah earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from Messiah College before joining the IAAB team in 2014. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, writing, and playing board games with friends.
Savannah is an accounting clerk who joined the IAAB team in 2022. She invoices direct bill commissions in a timely manner and works with agencies to sort out any discrepancies. In her free time she enjoys crafting and spending time with her family.
Shannon is an Accounting Associate who joined IAAB in 2019. She produces scheduled reports and manages the day-to-day books for the agencies she works with. Shannon enjoys new challenges and loves to utilize her detective skills when questions come up. She holds Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Illustration, and her favorite activities include spending time with her rabbit, creating art, swimming, paddle boarding, and being outdoors.

Shaun works as a Senior Accounting Associate and has been with IAAB since 2015. He has a wide variety of responsibilities including reconciling bank records, recording bank transactions, and setting up vendor and agency bill payments. He trains new employees at IAAB, reviews financial statements, accounts receivables and accounts payables. Shaun has a strength in math and numbers and is currently working on his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. His favorite aspect of bookkeeping is the daily problem solving that arises. He holds an Associate's Degree, and outside of work he enjoys writing, playing poker, playing tennis, watching football, and spending time with his family.
Stephanie has been a part of IAAB since 2011 and works as Bookkeeper & Staff Accountant. She records deposits, payables, and bank recs in addition to reviewing all financial reports for multiple agencies. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and the NetVU Certification of Insurance Accounting. She has completed all required sessions of the Applied Epic accounting series sponsored by the Applied Client Network. She is experienced in both Applied Epic and Vertafore AMS360 management systems. Stephanie enjoys working one-on-one with agents and problem solving on the more complex situations. Beyond accounting, Stephanie enjoys all kinds of gaming, traveling, cruises, going to plays and comedy shows.
Stormy works as an Accounting Associate for IAAB where she handles the day-to-day activities for various agencies ranging from bank activity to accounts payable and receivable. She joined IAAB in 2023 and has 5 plus years of experience with Applied Epic accounting. Stormy is currently pursuing her bachelor's in accounting. Outside of work Stormy enjoys reading and spending time with her two little kiddos and 3 fur babies.
