She holds a Master's Degree in Workforce and Organizational Development from Valparaiso University, obtained her Bachelors from Indiana University, has a Graduate Level Certification in Distance Learning Education from Indiana University, a Master Level Certification in Career Advisement and is a Certified Training Consultant through Ball State University. She has worked in the field of employment and training at all levels of the government from local, state, to national. Miche has worked on numerous workforce related projects for governments, private sector, and foreign universities in over 20 countries.
