Gordon is a Certified Hotel Administrator with over 50 years of senior management and consulting experience in the Hospitality industry.
Throughout his career Gordon has held a number of executive positions including:
Vice-President Operations, Lougheed Ventures (Responsible for the operation of 4 suburban beverage hotels in the Greater Vancouver area)
Vice-President, Wendy's Restaurants; and (Developed the first 18 Wendy's Restaurants in Western Canada)
Regional Director, Western Canada, Atlific Hotels & Resorts (Responsible for 4 Holiday Inn Hotels in Western Canada).
Gordon joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1987 and worked to develop the Western Canada Hospitality Industry Practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Gordon co-founded Inntegrated Hospitality Management Ltd., with Ralph Miller in 1997, and since that time has been providing third party management and consulting services for clients with interests in accommodation, food and beverage, and destination resort/vacations club development.

Kristian is a Certified Food and Beverage Executive with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Ralph is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Certified Hotel Administrator, & Certified Hospitality Accounting Executive with over 30 years of operations and consulting experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
A 1982 graduate of the Sauder School of Business at UBC, with a B.Comm., Ralph joined Coopers & Lybrand, where after he obtained his CA & CBV designations, went on to lead the Western Canada Hospitality Industry Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In 1997 Ralph co-founded Inntegrated Hospitality Management Ltd. to provide third party consulting and management services for clients with interests in accommodation, food and beverage, gaming, destination resort, and tourism developments.
Ralph has been involved with more than 40 management, turnaround, restructuring, and repositioning engagements; has completed numerous valuation, feasibility, and market position assignments; and has provided expert witness testimony in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Queens Bench in Alberta on valuation and accounting issues related to hospitality and tourism businesses.
