More than that, Brian's a natural at reading and relating to people, which goes a long way to helping both participants and clients feel comfortable throughout the research process. As our VP of Qualitative Research, Brian is a whiz at managing all aspects of a project for clients. To put it in his own words: "My job is to make sure that from beginning to end we have the client's objectives in mind and are giving them the solution they're looking for."

She immerses herself in research projects as though she's reading a great mystery novel, and doesn't come up for air until she's uncovered the insights her clients need to gain a competitive edge.

Kara Kohr

Living by the mantra ‘Get-er-done well,' Kara Kohr manages all aspects of our clients' qualitative research projects from start to finish. She collaborates with clients, suppliers and the IIM team to ensure project objectives are met on budget, and makes sure research reports are delivered on time. Kara is an expert trouble-shooter, and always proactively identifies potential issues, and has a solution on hand to overcome hurdles. Kara's proactive approach, positive mindset and expertise deliver the actionable consumer insights our clients count on to make confident decisions.

Nicole Potter

Nicole Potter brings 15 years of market research recruiting and project management experience to our team, and her organizational wizardry brings the consumer voice to our research partners. She works with purpose, and makes it her mission to be helpful, and has a magical way of making everyone feel calm. As a part of our field team, Nicole recruits ideal research respondents, directs training and organizes logistics for market research. Grace under pressure is truly her super power, and she anticipates and resolves challenges to make the research experience feel effortless and fun for everyone involved.
