Dale Eldridge Kaye

Dale Eldridge Kaye recently retired as the inspirational Founder of the Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group. Kaye continues to serve as a Senior Consultant to the organization and is an invaluable advisor to the ITV organization. The California Assembly named her Women of the Year for establishing ITV as a business led organization that works with public partners to brand the Tri-Valley, help businesses move in and scale up and create a career ready workforce. Prior to that she was the CEO of the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce. She created with the US Chamber an Innovation Forum, which has become an annual event to showcase the multitude of innovators in the Tri-Valley. This event became the seed for Innovation Tri-Valley, which has successfully fostered a more cohesive approach to business innovation across the Tri-Valley. Prior to locating to the Tri-Valley, Eldridge Kaye was Vice President of Gold'N Hen Productions, a subsidiary of MSI Entertainment, which has offices in New York City and Los Angeles, California. Eldridge Kaye produced Replacing Dad, a movie for CBS, and has developed other projects for the CBS, TNT, NBC and ABC, as well as a feature for Paramount and several independent films. Before joining Gold'N Hen in l994, Eldridge Kaye organized and managed Florida's first Film Commission office in Los Angeles. That office, developed at the direction of Gov. Lawton Chiles, marketed the state of Florida as a film location. Prior to relocating to Los Angeles in 1991, Eldridge Kaye was active in Florida state politics. She was a key player in many political campaigns where she did everything from media strategy to Presidential advance work. She rose through the ranks of Jacksonville City Government to become one of the youngest - and first female - division heads. She worked with three mayors and headed the City's Public Relations Department. In that role, Eldridge Kaye helped to create the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, The Florida Film Festival in Jacksonville chaired by Burt Reynolds and the Jacksonville Film Commission. Under her leadership her staff was recognized repeatedly for its excellence in graphics, copywriting, videos and print and television ads. She was the recipient of a national award from PBS for the promotion of the Jacksonville Jazz Festival.

Joy Liu is the Event and Marketing Coordinator at Innovation Tri-Valley. Raised in the region, Joy attended local schools, including Sunol Glen Elementary, before pursuing her higher education at San Jose State University. There, she graduated with a degree in RTVF (Radio, Television, Film) and business. Joy's professional journey showcases her diverse skill set and community-focused mindset. She served as a valuable member of the public relations team at the Alameda County Sheriff's Office, contributing to the effective communication and outreach efforts of the organization. In addition to her public service, Joy is a driven entrepreneur, having established her own media company. As a small business owner, she actively engaged with local businesses, Tri-Valley cities, and various events. Her extensive involvement in the community reflects her passion for fostering connections and promoting vibrant local initiatives. With a background encompassing media, public relations, and entrepreneurship, Joy Liu brings a unique blend of skills to her role as an Event and Marketing Coordinator. Her dedication to community engagement and her dynamic approach make her a valuable asset in creating memorable and impactful events.

Katie Marcel - CEO

Katie Marcel is CEO of Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group (ITV). She is a leader, innovator, connector and community builder who has impacted the quality of life in the Tri-Valley region for nearly 20 years as a non-profit director. She served as ITV's Director of Brand Marketing from 2021 to 2023. Marcel was the longtime Managing Director of Shakespeare's Associates, Inc. (dba Livermore Shakespeare Festival/SPARC), a Bay Area performing arts company named ‘Best Live Theater' by the East Bay Times. During her tenure at SPARC, the company scaled up from a local, mostly volunteer-driven organization into a regional attraction bringing thousands of visitors from outside the Tri-Valley to performances. Under Marcel's leadership, SPARC tripled its Operating budget and expanded its educational programming into the classrooms of the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District. Marcel led numerous brand and fundraising campaigns, developed and funded large district-wide education programs and built relationships with corporate funders, foundations and public sector partners to secure the company's success as a long-standing Bay Area arts institution. Before her time at SPARC she worked with the Great American Main Street Award-winning Livermore Downtown Inc (LDI), a nationally-recognized Historic Downtown. In her six years at LDI she was part of the successful downtown redevelopment project which focused on mobilizing the local consumers to support the business community through the implementation of the Downtown Specific Plan. In addition to her non-profit experience, she worked in New York City managing a bi-coastal talent management agency representing directors, actors and writers in the film, TV and stage industries. In another lifetime, she performed as a cabaret singer and actor in New York City. Marcel lives in Livermore with her husband, Russ, and her daughters Zoe and Stella.

Tim Sbranti is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Innovation TRIVALLEY Leadership Group (ITV). He is a lifelong educator and is currently the Athletic Director at Dublin High School. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Eric Swalwell, Mayor for the City of Dublin and was the Founder and CEO of Californians Dedicated to Education, former State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson's statewide non-profit foundation. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence, a Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Trustee, co-chair of SupplyBank.Org, and a Board Member for City Serve of the Tri-Valley.

Traci Anderson is the Director of Community at Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group (ITV). She is an energetic, people-oriented leader who understands the art and science of long-term relationship building. Anderson is a natural communicator and problem solver and enjoys success connecting with executives, investors, donors, employees, cross functional teams, volunteers and students alike. She now leads ITV's effort to expand and strengthen the thriving TRIVALLEY innovation ecosystem. Anderson brings to ITV her extensive experience in business, finance, budget management, daily operations, human resources policy, team training and personnel recognition. Prior to joining ITV, she held leadership roles at Title21 Health Solutions, Bank of America, Livermore Valley Winegrowers Foundation, and also established her own consulting firm offering office management, business support and financial services to medical professionals. Anderson and her husband Chad, are proud to have raised their family in the Tri-Valley and often share their insights about inspirational day trips, wine country visits and dog friendly adventures in the region.
