Amanda Koch is vice president of marketing for Insurance One and has been part of the Insurance One team since August 2011. With over 30 years working in commercial insurance, Amanda brings a vast knowledge of the business and experience to her role. Outside of work, you can usually find Amanda doing crossfit, hanging out with her family, or three fur boys.

Brandon McCrary is vice president of sales at Insurance One in Dallas, Texas. His vast network has allowed us to build strategic partnerships with our carriers resulting in the top markets for our clients and prospective clients. He is also responsible for overseeing and managing the executive sales team.
Brandon was born into the insurance business. His father, Rick McCrary, started his first insurance company at the age of 21 and has seen it prosper and grow in the last 48 years. Brandon followed in his father's footsteps and joined him in serving the needs of businesses and non-profit ministries. Brandon brings 25 years of experience in the insurance business to our team.
Brandon is married to his wife Debbie and lives in Plano, Texas. He has three children, Jace, Kaylee, and Jackson, and is a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church.
Edward Davis joined the Insurance One agency in March 2011 as an agent specializing in church and non-profit insurance. As an agent, Edward would be working with churches, institutions, businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals and is an important part of the team. Edward's favorite part of working at Insurance One agency is the opportunity to partner with clients in a way that enhances their business to ministry.
Edward graduated from Vanguard University in 1978 with a pastoral ministries and business degrees. His educational experience led him to become a lead pastor, youth pastor, and worship leader, along with business expertise in commercial flooring, construction, university advancement, church loans, and capital stewardship campaigns. He served Southwestern AG University as their senior director for university advancement and enrollment.
As an insurance agent, Edward has his property and casualty license, risk management certification, organizational consultant certification, and has in-depth knowledge in handling insurance development, policy review, proposal building, risk management, and non-profit special needs.
Edward is also committed to serving his community and is involved with organizations such as Garden & Arts Club of Irving, Retired Teachers Association, and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Life Time NRA, and USCCA member. When not at work, Edward enjoys road trips with Renée, two Granddaughters, golf, and shooting sports.

Julie is a commercial lines account manager at Insurance One Agency and re-joined the team in 2022. Julie worked in our agency for several years before taking a short break to be home with her three children. She is excited to bring her love of customer service to you. Outside of work, you can find Julie on the golf course with her husband or watching her kids play the sports they love.

Lindsey Lyons is a senior account manager for Insurance One and has been a part of the team since 2011. Lindsey brings years of customer experience and insurance knowledge to her role. Outside of work, you can find Lindsey traveling with her husband and two kids, trying new restaurants, and taking photos.
Paula Burns has been in the insurance industry for 38 years and has earned her CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor, designation in 2009 and her CRM, Certified Risk Manager, designation in 2011. Her career began in property and casualty claims and eventually led to the Arson Unit at State Farm Insurance back in 1984, laying a foundation for Paula to be an advocate for clients when they need her the most, during a claim or crisis.
Since 1993 Paula has worked in the commercial insurance industry space on the agency side. Her passion is to work alongside organizations as their outsourced Risk Manager. It is important to Paula to be "on the team" ahead of time and assist in training leadership teams to have a proactive culture towards risk. Paula's years of working with Municipalities and large industrial projects have proven to be valuable when negotiating contractual language.
Paula teaches classes to insurance professionals, risk managers, and organizations nationally. She is a Faculty of The National Alliance as a "Ruble Professor" and teaches masters level classes to Insurance Agents and Risk Managers nationally.

She joined Insurance One Agency in 2010 because they have a heart to serve organizations with excellence.
Ray joined Insurance One in 2010 to develop and manage the non-profit practice area and build upon the long-term success Insurance One has in this important market. He has experience in insurance, higher education, corporations, nonprofit management support, and as an entrepreneur. His work in the public, private and corporate, and non-profit sectors has provided a balance of non-profit and for-profit leadership experience.
Ray is a licensed property and casualty producer. He received his bachelor of business administration degree with a double major in marketing and management from Stephen F. Austin State University. He received his master of science degree in organization and management from Capella University. Ray has a certificate in Non-profit Management and a certificate in Non-profit Leadership.

Rick McCrary began as an agent in 1973 with Employers Insurance of Texas and embarked on what would become a more than 45-year career. In 1980, Rick felt that he needed to establish his own independent, full-service agency that would specialize in the church and not-for-profit arena.
To better represent his company and the work across the country, Rick joined Insurance One as a partner in 1995. He created, developed, and introduced the center for church and not-for-profit organizations. For the past 20 plus years, Rick's branch of Insurance One has expanded into offices in Dallas, DeSoto, The Woodlands, Bowie, Midland and Village Mills, TX and Lees Summit, MO; Indianapolis, IN, and Terry, MS.
As an independent agent and visionary leader, Rick has consulted with more than 1,000 churches, schools, childcare centers, and social organizations. He currently works with some of the largest churches and ministries across the country, carrying the understanding that he has a Biblical obligation to serve.
Rick has served his church by holding positions on the board, finance committee, treasurer, and executive building committee. He has also been involved in his community by serving for ten years as an elected official for the City of DeSoto, Texas, a member of the Dallas County Grand Jury, and Election Precinct Judge while representing his precinct at National Conventions.
Rick has established close relationships with all of his clients and has served and built his personal and professional reputation based on this approach. He understands that it is not good enough to know the church insurance business and believes that when the policy is delivered that his job is just beginning.
