Amir Nahavandi has been head of construction of over 1 300 apartments and houses in the Malaga area during the past 35 years. He was IPI's project manager of the Miraflores Hills development of 56 apartments, completed in 2003.
Steinar Faanes has over 30 years' experience as an international business leader for Norwegian and foreign-owned companies. In the course of his career, he has been responsible for negotiating major contracts for the purchase and sale of companies in Asia, Europe and the United States.

Sven Sejersted Bødtker has international experience from shipping, finance, and real estate. Since 1994, Sven has been engaged as advisor and project manager in real estate projects in Germany, Norway, Spain, the UK and USA. The past and present projects include: 45 multi-family buildings in Berlin of some 1.300 apartments, a multi-family project of 320 apartments near Orlando, Florida, seven residential projects in London, two apartment complexes in Malaga, and two in Norway.
