General Bloomer is Chairman of the Board of Ironhawk. He retired from 31 years of active military duty, where he was last the commanding general of the Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro and the commander of Marine Corps Air Bases, Western Area. A highly decorated veteran, General Bloomer was awarded two Legions of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, a Bronze Star with combat V (for valor), 17 Air Medals, the Republic of China Kuang Hua Medal and numerous other campaign medals. His other career highlights include: Recognition by President Reagan for Installations Excellence two consecutive years, 1984-1985 Head of legislative liaison for the U. S. David Gomes is the president & CEO of Ironhawk Technologies, Inc., which he founded in 2001 (under the name Integrated Data Corporation or IDC). With over 20 years' experience, twelve at the helm of Ironhawk, he has directed the day-to-day operations and led key strategic growth initiatives focused on the company's core commercial and defense-based markets. He has further overseen the overall strategy and development of Ironhawk's proprietary intellectual property, and ensured visibility for the firm throughout the global defense, intelligence, and aerospace markets. Under Mr. Gomes' direction, Ironhawk continues to generate record growth and profit for shareholders. Equally important is Mr. Gomes's leadership in planning, directing and managing government affairs: he represents Ironhawk to federal government agencies and the United States Congress. In this capacity, he reviews federal budgets and policies that may impact business, and works directly with federal agencies and representatives from Congress. He also maintains solid working relationships with the Washington, DC representatives of prime contractors, subcontractors, vendors and other trade associations of relevant defense, intelligence, and aerospace firms and organizations. Bien USN (Ret.) is a member of the Board of Advisors for Sentek Consulting, Inc., a San Diego-based technology company. Between March 1999 and October 2002, VADS Bien worked at Teledesic LLC, where he was responsible for all matters involving the Government customer, including incorporating DoD requirements into the Teledesic and ICO satellite system designs, products and services. Prior to that, he was the Deputy Commander-in-Chief and Chief of Staff at the United States Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado. He retired from that position on December 2, 1998, after completing 31 years of active duty service. VADM Bien's assignments before becoming Deputy Commander-in-Chief included commanding an F-14 Fighter Squadron, two Carrier Airwings, a Carrier Battle Group and the Naval Space Command, Dahlgren, VA. From October 1990 to March 1991 he was the senior Navy striker planner for Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM. He was in command of the Nimitz Battle Group throughout her response to the Taiwan Missile Crisis in 1996. A Naval Flight Officer, VADM Bien served aboard multiple aircraft carriers over 11 major deployments to the Pacific flying the F-4 Phantom and the F-14 Tomcat. He has 5,500 flight hours in Navy fighter aircraft, 1300 carrier landings, and 225 combat missions. He is a graduate of and former instructor at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN). He is an Augustana College Distinguished Alumnus (1995), a member of the Augustana College Board of Regents, and a 1997 inductee into the South Dakota Hall of Fame. A native of South Dakota, VADM Bien is a 1967 graduate of Augustana College with a degree in Biology, and attended the National War College in 1992.

RONALD R. FOGLEMAN

Between October 1994 and his retirement in September 1997, General Fogleman was chief of staff of the United States Air Force. During his tenure, he was known as a no-nonsense consensus builder who would have the Air Force work more cooperatively with the other military branches. He also added to the definition of global presence "to include not only…air, land, and sea forces, but…space forces and information-based capabilities." Prior to that, in August 1992, he became commander in chief of U.S. Transportation Command and commander of Air Mobility Command at Scott AFB, Ill., where he was promoted to four-star status. He previously served as deputy director of programs and evaluation at the Pentagon as well as chairman of the Air Staff Board. Gen. Fogleman is also a veteran of 240 combat missions in Vietnam. On Sept. 12, 1968, when stationed at Bien Hoa Air Base, South Vietnam, he was shot down by multiple hits from small arms fire. He ejected over hostile territory and hid on the ground from an enemy that was as close as 20 yards. He was picked up by a Cobra helicopter and rode on the outside until reaching the safety of a Special Forces camp, only to fly combat again the next day. Gen. Fogleman attended the Army War College and holds a Master of Arts degree in military and political science from Duke University along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy. Mr. Gill has over two decades of experience of leading teams in the building of distributed systems using plain-old TCP-sockets, CORBA, UDP, SOA, even SFTP, JMS, and HTTP for a diverse group of enterprises. Starting with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) at Pasadena, California, where he helped build a state-of-the-art near real-time event distribution system (middleware) to function over United States Army's tactical radio networks, Mr. Gill has been acutely focused on efficient distribution of data over global enterprise networks, where long-distance bandwidth is a premium resource, round trip time (RTT) between two remote units may be in seconds, and long periods of network segmentation are common. VADM Bien has been a member of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Graybeard Panel on National Missile Defense since its inception. WILLIAM T. HOBBINS

Gen. Tom Hobbins was Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe; Commander, NATO Allied Air Component Command, Ramstein; and Director, Joint Air Power Competence Centre, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. His responsibility for Air Force activities encompassed a theater spanning three continents, covering more than 20 million square miles, 93 countries and territories, and possessing one-fourth of the world's population and about one-third of the world's Gross Domestic Product. Gen. Hobbins is also a command pilot with more than 5,100 flying hours, primarily in combat aircraft. Gen. Hobbins entered the Air Force in December 1969 as a graduate of Officer Training School. He has commanded a numbered air force, two tactical fighter wings and a composite air group. He has served as the Director of Plans and Operations for U.S. Forces Japan, the Director of Plans and Policy for U.S. Atlantic Command, the Director of Operations for U.S. Air Forces in Europe, and as a Deputy Chief of Staff, Headquarters U.S. Air Force. As the USAFE Director of Operations, he was responsible for the planning, beddown and execution of combat forces in Europe for Operation Allied Force. As 12th Air Force Commander, the 12th Air Force Air Operations Center deployed to Southwest Asia as operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom's alternate AOC. As Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration and the Air Force's Chief Information Officer, Gen. Hobbins developed and implemented the Air Force's C4ISR Roadmap for networks enabling predictive battle-space awareness and targeting. As Director of the Joint Air Power Competence Centre, he guided the development of NATO's C4ISR and Unmanned Aerial Systems Roadmaps. Gen.
