Alan began his technology and banking career in 1977 with INSOUTH Bank. Alan's role as Chief Information Officer is to provide INSOUTH Bank with the technology and services it needs to support all aspects of the business in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He holds a bachelor's degree from Union University as well as a degree from the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology. Alan is a Gideon's International member as well as a member of West Jackson Baptist Church. Alan considers himself extremely fortunate to work for a faith-based organization that strives to provide the best personal service to its customers. "I believe our customers and employees are our most valuable assets, and the foundation of INSOUTH Bank is built on hometown people serving the people in our communities", Alan says.

Billy earned an accounting degree from Union University. He began his banking career in 1993 and has recently joined INSOUTH Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Billy's tasks include financial planning, assessing strengths and weaknesses, and recommending strategic direction. In his spare time, Billy enjoys farm life and cattle management. Billy appreciates the professional, friendly, and courteous service that the INSOUTH team offers to our customers. David began his career with INSOUTH Bank in 1987 and has spent over 24 years as a senior executive. He is a native of West Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin. He also attended the Mid-South School of Banking at Rhodes College and The University of Wisconsin's BAI School of Banking. David serves as a member of the Tennessee Bankers Association CEO Forum Group and Tennessee Bankers Association Independent Bankers, as well as the Vice Chairman of the Group Board of Directors and President of the Brownsville Haywood County Industrial Development Board. He is a member of Brownsville Baptist Church, a previous President of Brownsville Rotary Club, a member of the 1992 WestStar Leadership class, past Chair of Haywood County Civil Service Committee, past board member of the Brownsville Boys & Girls Club, past board member and Chairman of Haywood County Leadership and past Treasurer of Brownsville Haywood County IDB. In 1985, Kim Myers started her banking career with INSOUTH Bank. Kim manages the INSOUTH's Deposit Operation department and supports the Branch Administrators across the organization in her capacity as First Vice President and Senior Branch Administrator. Kim graduated from the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt, the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University, and Christian Brothers University with a bachelor's degree in business. She has lived in Tipton County her entire life, where she attends First United Methodist Church with her husband, Andy, and is actively involved in the community. "Working for a family-owned business like INSOUTH has been one of my greatest pleasures," Kim says. Since joining the INSOUTH team in 1987, Mike has been a significant leader who has continually displayed excellent dedication and knowledge. As Chief Operating Officer, Mike oversees the company's daily business operations and administration, implementing business strategies and optimizing the company's operation capabilities. Mike graduated from Union University in 1999 and received his CPA certification in 2007. Mike and his wife, Lisa, attend Holly Grove Baptist Church. He is a 2003 graduate of the Haywood County Leadership class and has served on the board of Habitat for Humanity. Mike is proud to work for a community bank that understands the value of relationship banking, "I consider myself very fortunate to work with the employees at INSOUTH Bank, who all strive to run the bank safely and soundly while caring for our customers, who are the foundation of our business", Mike says.

Rodney is a University of Memphis graduate who began his career with INSOUTH Bank in 1992. Rodney, as Chief Credit Officer, is in charge of the bank's credit quality and loan administration.Rodney is a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and a retired Shelby County sports official. Rodney considers INSOUTH Bank to be a family, with employees who look out for one another and their customers. "I am an INSOUTH customer not because I am an employee, but because I know I can speak to an actual employee who will do their very best to provide me with the financial service I require," Rodney says.
