In 2008 Instacabin was started by Mr. Tom Shanahan, the former managing director of Builders Merchants Botswana, with a substantial initial investment. This went towards the setting up of the factory and the purchasing of manufacturing equipment. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Shanahan has acquired an in-depth knowledge of prefabricated modular buildings and design. Instacabin is registered with the Botswana Government as a manufacturer for local procurement as all of our modular building panels are produced locally...
