Jim Mayfield is the President of Island Business & Commercial Brokerage (IBCB). He is the only Kauai broker and one of the very few statewide to have achieved his International Business Broker Association (IBBA) certified business broker status after completing 60 course hours, eight course exams and one comprehensive examination. He is also a commercial real estate broker.
