From 2002 to 2009, Eddy spent more than 7 years with ABN AMRO and RBS. During that period, he ran the Financial Restructuring and Recovery Department (Problem Loans) and worked as Senior Corporate Banker in Credit Portfolio Management (Credit Structuring & Management) and Relationship Management. He was Global Credit Complex manager for the largest Belgian blue chip companies. He gained extensive international experience in all types of Corporate Lending, Transaction Banking and Treasury products. He was also involved in some of the largest ever Belgian acquisition finance transactions. From 1999 to 2002, he was a Senior Credit Consultant at BUSINESS ARCHITECTS which is a leading software house in Lending Solutions. In his role, he performed studies and adviced banks in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and France. From 1995 to 1999, Eddy worked at FORTIS BANK where he took several responsibilities including Credit Policy, Credit Underwriting and Real Estate Finance. From 1991 to 1995, he was Credit Analyst, Credit Officer and Account Manager with CAISSE PRIVEE BANQUE. He is regularly invited as a speaker on seminars about financial analysis, credit structuring, lending and corporate finance & banking. Eddy is a graduate of the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUB - Belgium) with a Master degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences and a Master degree in Corporate Finance.
