For a swiss ISP I created an extensive management platform which integrates closely with technical and administrative systems. All products (such as Web Hosting, Mail Accounts, Internet connectivity) are managed from a central system which interacts with agents on the hosting infrastructure (Servers for Mail, Web, Databases, FTP, RADIUS and more) which were developed by me as well. This tool allows 1st level support to deploy and modify all products without requiring assistance from engineering. Additionally there are extensive integrations into marketing, billing and monitoring systems... For a large swiss ISP I created the main order processing tool. The app supports the orders team from the initial receiving of the order to the final customer confirmation after completion. During the process the system handles communication with more than ten external APIs for various tasks from setting up fiber connections, provisioning provider switches and customer hardware, assigning IP..
